The hotel staff was excellent (valet, front desk, and security). The room was well stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also loved being able to use the MGM Grand pool complex. Location couldn't be more perfect.

The bed could've been a bit firmer but it was okay. A big trashcan in the ice/soda vending machine room would've help to bring out the garbage when the small bins in the room filled up. Also, there was no lock in the sliding door to the balcony, which is shared with another unit. This may be a security issue so please install a lock in the sliding door.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Your head of security was wonderful. He noticed my daughter was having a hard time walking (back injury) and went out of his way to help us. I’m sorry that I forgot his name as he deserves recognition for his kind and thoughtful actions.

The kitchen could have been a little better. Some additions that would have been nice: toaster, 2 or 3 different sized pots (instead of just one), basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder…), nicer variety and greater quantity of coffee in the room. The pool/jacuzzi closing at 4:00pm is too early, even in February. It would have been nice to take a soak in the jacuzzi in the evening but that was not an option. The phones: One of the two phones in the room was broken. The other phone connected me to the MGM hotel and I had to wait to be transferred to the Signature. I would like to have had the option to self park my car.

I loved the location and how close it was to the airport. I loved the staff and the safety of the property. I loved how its near the strip and the overall feel of the hotel. I love the Starbucks on the property and the connection to the MGM Grand hotel. The only reason I gave this an 8 is because of the no maid service and having to call for that. We were out and about and I forgot to call, this should be automatically included in the fee or just add it to the rate.

I did not like there was no maid service everyday at least to bring new towels, to make the beds and take the trash. This should be included even if it is added extra fee in the daily rate. This is a must to have fresh towels and take the trash. The bed also needs to be replaced. There is a slump in the mattress. I hated I had to call for towels and the front desk will not give you nothing. This needs to be in the description.

Property located in 3rd floor in tower 2 and unit is awesome location to stay. It is walkable distance from strip and mono rail in MGM Grand as you can access inside the resorts. Unit had basic kitchen equipment’s and enough for a family of 3. Signature is best place to stay. Pls don’t use car to visit strip hotels, prefer walking, using Bus or mono rail or tram to Mandalay Bay.

Vallet parking would take some time, but it is mainly during peek season and evening hours. All employees and services and super cool.

Great location and price, no resort fee was a huge bonus considering how expensive Vegas has gotten now. Internet was great, tv channels a plenty, pools were amazing, loved the access to mgm grand facilities. Host was very helpful and easily contactable.

Not enough cutlery (small issue really?!) no balcony furniture. No toaster or kettle. For long stays not enough room to store all clothes, more hangers would be a great addition. Other than that all great.

The property was perfect!. The location wich is connected with MGM Grand. The room was very clean and great amenities. The balcony view was the best at night and the free valet parking made everything so easy to get in and out the hotel I will definitely be booking this until within the next month or 2

The staff was exceptionally the most friendliest and the atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. We absolutely loved our stay. Very proud to say we came to Vegas to get married and stay at the most amazing hotel.

The bed was a little to hard but absolutely everything else in the room was wonderful

Property owner was fantastic. It was clean. Spa tub was great. Awesome that we get access to the lazy river at MGM Grand! Will definitely book again in the future!

The bed was kinda uncomfortable but I’m spoiled at home with a purple mattress.

Perfect location, room, amenities. Owner was excellent and very accommodating to our late checkout. Free valet parking was included and we were unaware of that before checkin and very pleasantly surprised! Definitely recommend

Room was very nice and clean.

The mattress was noisy, spring sounds. I haven’t heard a bed make that kind of noise. The bath tub jets were not operating, not a huge deal as the tub was large and comfortable.
