Clean, comfortable. All non-smoking. Close enough to walk to strip. Kitchenette with basics to prepare snacks or small meals. Free valet is awesome if you have a car. Uber/Lyft pickup location is close (but outside).

Valet is occasionally overwhelmed, but parking is available at the MGM Grand in such situations (10 min indoor walk). Uber/Lyft drivers sometimes cannot find the main entrance, so pickups can be slower than from other properties

Great place for the price. The spa tub is very nice and the view is amazing.

The valet parking is always full and you are then required to park at the MGM Grand self parking which is pretty far away. The staff was not very helpful or informative about the parking situation.

The room was exactly what was advertised and I truly appreciated this!! The location is idea and in a central location to many of the other casinos...some walking distance. The ambience was just like home, equipped with everything you need to feel comfort. The safe was very friendly as well.

I didn't like that the Ubers were not allowed to pick up in front of hotel, had to walk a short distance to ride share. We also had to go to another floor for ice, because the one on our floor was broken the entire five days of the trip.

The location and room sizes were pretty good. They were clean enough and I think the value was reasonable for a nice place in Vegas.

Check in wasn’t as easy as it could have been. We had trouble with the toilet, television, and drainage of bathtub. Since it was not a reservation through MGM but through a property management company, my husband fixed those issues and we didn’t call anyone. The issues were simple enough, we just expected that a room of that caliber would be 100% without small problems. It seemed as if they are maybe falling short of basic maintenance…. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the noise level was pretty bad considering being pretty far from the pools and casino area.

The apartment was luxurious and the large bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here, and although it seemed expensive for us Kiwis, we felt it was worth it. The apartment was large with kitchen, dining room and lounge. Large bathroom and 2 toilets.

The only negative with our stay was that we couldn't work out how to turn the oven on to cook a pizza. We googled the brand and followed the instructions, but could not get it to go. Microwaved pizza is not the best. The top plate of the oven worked fine. As did everything else in the apartment.

The unit was clean, good size and beautiful. I like the bathroom as it is very functional layout and quite big. The balcony is big and you can see the view of the strip. The host is responsive and helpful. It is connected with MGM Grand so you can walk there indoor and no need to walk outside. I stayed for 5 nights and I felt very comfortable there. There is kitchen which makes it easy to cook or warm food. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is not in the main strip area so you need to walk a bit to get there where all the actions happened. And the front desk could not help you for all requests so you will need to contact host directly so it is a bit inconvenient on that. However, host is very responsive and helpful so it won’t be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at StripViewSuites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt very luxurious. Our room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great, with easy walking access to the Las Vegas Strip.

A couple of areas could be improved: the interior decor felt a bit outdated, and during our stay our kids wanted to stream content like Netflix, but the TV was not a smart TV and had no multimedia options.

Calling it a 1 bedroom was misleading. There’s no door or much of a wall between rooms.

The location is perfect, the facilities are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived, I loved the entertainment areas, Great that you can enter the pool at the MGM Grand, it is a good room for families looking to relax and vacation in Las Vegas, The most touristy hotels are very close, you don't need a car to get around the strip to see, the hotel room has magnificent views and a very complete kitchen for basic foods, What we loved most about the room was the jacuzzi, very relaxing and perfect for couples, We paid for a room with a big balcony with a good view and we got that, very happy about that part, I only had a few minor inconveniences but I found it to be a very nice and relaxing place to come and rest with your family after a day full of fun.

I really didn't like it so much the service, the valet parking is crazy, if they don't want to, they won't park your car and you have to park it in the MGM Grand's self parking, it's not that far away, but if you come tired that walk is definitely not pleasant, I had problems leaving the room because no one explained to us how to get the car out of the self parking without paying when supposed that was free, When we were going to leave, I called the reception more than 3 times to help me unload my things since my husband was trying to get the car out of the parking lot, and they came up after almost an hour, furthermore, practically no one spoke Spanish....

Very clean, great view, value furnitue, totally happy with the room. Feels luxurious :). Stone countertops and glass tables. The parking stuff was excellent even if it is busy. Thanks for the experience and value!

The location is great for the view and a bit more quit than the busy places. The mono rail at MGM is close and the casino with all the opportunities is great, but the long walks are tiering. The sleeping couch was tuff, a topper would be great... But all in all very happy with the stay!
