The staff were amazing. They were quick and friendly when tending to our needs. The space itself was large enough for my family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfy to the point where I didn't wake up sore. Lobby is open 24/7 so late check ins are accepted.

There are no handle bars to get out of the jetted tub so you have to be careful of getting out and our shower handle bar to open the shower door was loose. Confused about the old t.v. in the bathroom. What's the purpose of it? It's not loud enough to hear if you're in the shower or using the jetted tub and the quality is 480 at best. Definitely an early 2000's model of t.v.

I loved the location. It was close enough to walk but a decent distance where you’re not in the middle of the stip.

There were red stains on the couch, I just didn’t sit near it but definitely not a fan of that.

Facilities in general were very nice and clean. Had all necessary to have a great stay. Included kitchen and bathroom appliances were as described in Booking.com. The facilities are connected to MGM Grand through a walkway. The walk to The Strip and The Miracle Mile Shops is about 15 minutes.

The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable. The mattress was too thing. Should have a thicker mattress or something like a Murphy bed instead. The shower of the extra bathroom was clogged.

valet parking in bldg 3 would close early, was told we had to park at MGM casino parking, later found out could park valet @ bldg 2.

Great location, quiet, comfortable, nice facilities; pool was clean and comfortable to spend time at b the bathroom was huge and bathtub nice for a soak. Unit was large with a full kitchen.

Unit entire unit could use an update; carpet cleaned, paint, and worn furniture with more thorough attention to cleaning small details. There was tape all along the top of the armoire where someone taped decorations, small details seemed to be overlooked but overall a nice unit and none of it would have affected my stay. There are scuffs and dings on the walls, doors, and furniture that give the unit a slightly dingy look but nothing that can’t be ignored as didn’t take away from overall stay. The unit needs a good going over to keep up with the appearance of the entire properly.

Everything was very nice and looking great.

Last night, I couldn't park at the Jet. I was asking to drive to the MGM parking lot. Although they did give me a free parking voucher. I had to walk back to the Jet with my family at night.

Room was very comfortable and spacious.

One of the sinks had a spray issue. Thermostat kept resetting the temperature.

Facilities were as per description. Location wise was great - MGM was assessable through the facility only and to get to the strip otherwise was about 8-10 mins walk. The airport was 16-20 dollars by Uber. Toilets were grand with jacuzzi. The sofa cum bed was comfortable. We had booked - penthouse ie 31st floor - view of Vegas was super from there.

No room service was available. We had booked 2 rooms together but were told at the reception that rooms allocated are in different towers by booking.com and hence they cannot change them at all. Need to pay attention to this.

Having our own self contained space including cooking and food preparation. Washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Of the 8 nights we stayed we were without hot water for 4 of them at key shower times. The lighting was poor in the living area and main bedroom. On arrival 2 of the free standing lights did not work and had to call reception twice to get them fixed. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and even after reporting, it was not fixed, although they offered to change our room, we decided was too much hassle. Parking was too expensive at $35 self park or $50 valet per night. Ended up parking in the public park opposite for $20 per night
