It’s an easy walk down to the Aria. The room was large with an extra seating area and a refrigerator microwave and stove top plus coffee maker a very good value for the money as long as you don’t mind walking or taking Uber. It felt very safe. It’s behind a gate where they check ID before they let anybody come through. I would definitely stay here again. They have large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. They also have valet parking and they have a front desk for check-in.

The carpet was pretty dirty dark in spots. There is some street noise that comes in from the area in front of this particular unit in Tower 3 not too much completely manageable if the doors are closed which they were because it was cold out. I would have loved to know beforehand that there was a front desk for check-in many times when you were renting from a private person you need to get a code for a door, but this wasn’t communicated.

I loved how easy it was to get from tower to tower, to get to our location. I loved the view, it truly was gorgeous. I like that there was a bathtub and a shower as well.

I didn't care for how outdated the room was. It also was not very clean. The carpet felt gross and if you looked in a corner too long, you can tell no one has cleaned it.

I booked the room 3 hours before arriving, which wasn't a problem at all. Contact with the host was perfect. Room is located in tower 3, so a few minute (indoor) walk towards the casino and strip. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony overviews the pool and facing towards the strip (not directly on the strip itself). Not mentioned in the description; You don't have to pay the hotel fee like you would have to when you book at one of the other hotels. This room is highly advised!

We loved the view! The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always cleaned. Valet was excellent and attentive. Our favorite Hotel in Vegas!!!

it is a lot of walking from tower 3 to the strip . The walk to MGM Grand was decent, not too bad at all.

Location, MGM casino and facilities. Friendly staff. Connected to MGM via walkway.
