We stayed at this hotel from January 26th to 28th, 2024, and our stay was fantastic. It's a beautiful, clean hotel with cozy rooms and an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After check-out, we encountered a problem caused by our mistake, which the hotel staff promptly resolved, for which we are immensely grateful! Definitely rare to find such exceptional service. My rating: 5 stars 😉

A very quiet spot by the Strip with no smoky casinos. Amenities were perfect for us.

Only one thing, the rug was a little dirty - perhaps housekeeping could have spent more time vacuuming.

This is my 3rd stay. Amenities were good. Location great. Easy access to the strip and convention center. Staff very friendly.

Bar didn't open till 5 pm and closed early 10ish. Weird for Vegas. I had a private owned room. It was not clean. Dusty. Carpet stained. Bed pillows, linens not at hotel quality. The room needs some attention.

The hotel as a whole is good.

We booked with the owner instead of the hotel, using booking.com, that means that who manages the room is the owner. We had received the confirmation of our payment for our stay by booking.com. We checked-in, received the key of the room and payed the deposit demanded by the hotel. The room wasn't prepared for the third person, the sheets were missing and we tried to contact the owner with no response and the hotel told us they could not do nothing about that. Only in the next day the owner called us talking rudely. We were shocked, because we had no ideia what happened, for some reason the payment did't come thru, even tho booking.com said it did. As soon as we knew the problem, we payed. But the owner did't need to take away our keys without even tring to talk to us cordialy. Anyway, the problem was solved, but I do not recommend that experience.

Loved the tub with jets and having a shower option.

Mattress was hard, difficult getting new towels in a timely fashion, not all music channels worked on tv, would’ve been nice for the bathroom tv to work.
