Clean, but older building, units, just a bed & a shower, TV,, no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker,, no frills , but good value for the price, ice machine in vending machine room need room key to access, on Boulder hwy. South of DT, very blue collar area , RV camping area rental businesses, right next to Boulder Station casino, shell station & 7-11

It was OK, don't expect 5 star hotel, it's a motel 6 in a blue collar neighborhood, cheap price, you get what you pay for, I wanted a low price deal, that was my budget

The value is worth the bad neighborhood. The homeless are all over, however are to themselves and don't bother you. 711 is right next door and the bolder station hotel and casino is directly next door.. they have great 1.99 frozen margaritas and 12 to 5 am 499 breakfast specials. There is a dominos pizza across the street and a food court in the next door hotel. In the morning free coffee and banana nut muffin grab bags are available for free. I am definitely comfortable with coming back for the value.

It's a lil off putting in the beginning. Staff are dealing with all kinds of shiz beyond the check in. Don't expect the Vegas strip experience and attention, remember it's a value and you be alright 😁

It was a nice price for an impromptu stay for medical emergency for relative. The girl greeted us off the highway like at 11pm and was very nice and prompt, and helpful wiht town directions & questions, The room had a great A/C, was freshly painted and remodeled, and the bathroom tub and shower was nice with a new curtain and toilet & towel shelf. The TV was a nice TV unexpectedly for Motel 6, and the beds were clean & comfortable with extra pillows I didn't expect.

Its all the same when the lights go out as they say dark, but the next morning was clearly a little rough surrounding neighborhood, trash next to my car, crowded parking lot, and kind of sketchy trying to load and unload my car, I felt like there was some non-guests elements hanging out, but overall a decent property.

i enjoyed everything along with the whole staff they all were extreamly nice and had the up most best costumer service ive delt with in several yeare and i would most definately will refer anyone who visits vegas to check motel 6 out located on the corner of lamb and boulder highway right next to boulder station casino .

There wasn't nothing I wasn't or could be satisfied regarding staying there. After you guys just established rand almost everyand I will most definitely stay there again. And every other time I visiting vegas

I had an issue and the amazing lady behind the desk was beyond helpful and was able to check me in. When we wanted extra days, the same amazing lady was there to help me out again! One of the best staycations in a while! They are also the best place to go if you have a pet or two!!! Fur babies stay free!

The only thing I didn't like was, hmmm... Nothing really. As a business owner, I understand inflation and competitive pricing. It's in a great location, lots of food places, 3 casinos

The beds are very comfortable.They do not charge resort fees and no deposit.

Well some rude individual left a crushed finished pack of Newport by my door(217).The room is a non-smoking room.I do not blame the hotel.People need to dispose of their trash in the trash can.I still like be this hotel and location.

I wish we stayed in a non smoking room. My husband and son have asthma and the smell was very intense for them. Also I wish we had an extra pillow

Because we were in a little bind and needed extra time to pay for the room I was told that if we didn't pay in 15 minutes metro was already dispatch that I feel was unnecessary
