The rooms was Very clean this time. I never before rent a room and the third floor, Very Pleasant and Very Clean. The housekeeper was a very nice lady. She is Very Responsible, I can not complain about the cleaning.

I was on room 301,and besides is a storage room. Uhh is Very Noisy. But Not a Big Deal. Where I live is noisy them that. My complaining on this Hotel is the people Smokes to Much Marihuana. The security guy he sure do Something About. On the third floor where I was staying they Don't Smoke to Much. But before when I stay on the first floor and the second floor. Oh my , they do Smoking like day and night. That smells was Really Bad for my little Doggy because he have seizure. The carpets on the hall are so dirty,the room smell like dogs pee. The rooms are Not so clean. Those Housekeeper, they Don't do a Really Good Job. They Don't seem to Care.

I like the room, this time people was quite. Because they giving me the 3 floor because the first and the 2 floor people are to loud and they smoke to much marihuana. The hall in the first floor are way to dirty. Next time I booked again if I can't get a room and the 3 floor I think I will Not booked. Those times I stay before the floor in the room was way to dirty. I cleaned my self because my little puppy was liking the floor. And I don't want the he gets sick. Some of the employees on the front desk are No't to nice. But it is this person name Jadia. Oh this person is Awesome,she go over the line tried to help you. My Problem is that when I try to pay my reservation the system say Denied, this is the second time this happened to me for me that is Very Stressful I'm 72 and I have some health issues,so this thing make me don't help me very much. The first time that happens to me I have to walk all the way to the bank and they told me; it will be there system because he said you have plenty of money on your account. Last night that I tried to book and other night a young lady on the phone she told me that I was Denied. I find this problem a little bit Annoying. Sorry About That.

I can't make a comment about breakfast, Because I never when down to eating. To earlier for me i Preferred to sleep,My doggy and me we Like this Place. And I like it here because I can cook for my doggy. Sorry write the comments on the wrong space. Except for the comments I wrote I Really like this place.

It was better than I expected. The hotel is old but besides the furniture and decoration look old, other things are good. The bed is clean, the staff is very kind, including the cleaning lady. I explained that my period dropped to the bathtub, and the cleaning lady said that it is fine. Please be aware of the extra fee to bring pets. They would also charge you if you smoke in the room.

Comfortable room and clean.

Lady at front desk accommodating, but manager very unaccomodating. We were bringing our dog to his new home in Vegas and just needed to place our luggage in the room, then take him to his new home. Front desk agent told us we had 1 hour to have the dog out or we would be charged the pet fee, which was acceptable to us. Manager told agent this can't be done and we would have to pay the pet fee even if the dog went into the room for 1 second. Luckily we kept the dog in the hallway while we dropped off some luggage and left the hotel to do our drop off.

Staff was excellent. Very clean property. Much better service and cleanliness now than when it was an Extended Stay America.

The area around the hotel is not a good neighborhood and there was a mentally ill homeless person in the parking lot screaming and police and ambulance sirens all night long.

Friendly staff, quiet area. I was able to cook meals in the room. Fixed the smoke alarm issue right away. Gym was functional. Beds were comfortable and I didn't see any bugs.

The pool was closed. Breakfast was just coffee and granola bars. Both were the reasons we booked this particular hotel. The stove was just a two burner, and I had to ask for the microwave and dishes. When we got the dishes, it was a place setting for two but we booked the room for six people.

Good aera, also didn't know it was with mine kitchen. It worked out good

That the check in was after 5p.m. when I paid for the day.. but can't check in at regular time.. thought it would be 3 or after 3p.m. booked 27th thru January 29th.. so check in at 5:30 and had to check out by 11a.m. so not the full three days and two nights

It was not far from the strip and the price was good

The breakfast was more like a grab and go breakfast witch wasn’t what we expected for a free breakfast and there was always people hanging out in the parking lot late at night!!

Lady at ḍesk was very helpful and kind in getting me dishes for my room...her name started with an M. I was getting surgery the next day so I was nervous about that. I had to apologize to her and she was very forgiving. Manager Tom, was also very nice and professional. Thank you again.

Lady at front desk. All the guys were very nice. The location is very bad, so the price should be much cheaper.
