We loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. In Additionally, we requested that a crib be placed in our room before our arrival. We were pleased to see it upon arrival. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The facility provided a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils). As well as a very nice dining room table, desk, sofa and flat screen televisione in every room.

Unfortunately, our trash was never emptied during our 3 day stay at your facilità. Also, our towels were never restocked. Although there was a notice that bed linen was changed every three days, we did notify staff that room needed to be cleaned. Ie: trash and towels.

The woman who helped me … her name was Amy ! She was amazing ! Extremely kind, extremely considerate, extremely helpful. She really made my stay everything that I needed to be.

The bathroom in my room was a little dirty. The shower needed to be cleaned. There was hair stuck to the walls however, I understand how perhaps the housekeeper’s hair may have gotten stuck in the shower when she was cleaning it.

- The personnel is very kind and always keen to help out and solve issues - The position is amazing, if you are looking for a quiet area - The shuttle is a great opportunity to go back and forth to the Strip and it is free; besides, the driver (Ronnie) is a very nice and gentle person Thus far one of the best hotels I stayed in!

Just a little maintenance item. The soap dish in the shower has to be fixed, because it got loose. I forgot to report to the Reception.

The 1 bedroom is good because you can have your teen stay in the living room and use the foldout bed and still have privacy with your spouse in your own room. I love this option. The outlet is next door and walking distance. Lots of Parking . It's extra $10 to park. I don't like staying at the strip because trying to get to your car and finding parking can be a nightmare. It's convenient at this hotel. Breakfast buffet is free and always a plus. They also have fresh coffee and the water is so refreshing in the lobby. It's available at all times. I love that! I love the kitchenette and everything you need to make your own meals. Internet is free!!!

Everything met .my expectations.

Great stay. Only one night. Should have booked for longer. Two bedroom room very comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Room immaculately clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good free shuttle service into Las Vegas Strip.

Everything from the lobby to the room was spotless. The hotel was full with guests and it was always quiet in our room. I felt like I was in a house rather than a hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was free and had lots of options. Definitely staying again.

Not one thing

The room was wonderful! It was extremely clean! The staff was very kind. They had the luggage carts that make things so easy to get things from the car to the room. I would definitely stay again.

Fridge was noisy, same for the AC. They have a shuttle to the Strip, but you need to book it in advance, the shuttle is shared with other two hotels, so, good luck with that. Sofa was not the cleanest.

The entire staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. It smelled so clean as soon as you walked into the lobby. The entire place was really clean actually. The location was perfect because it was close enough to the strip, but not too close and there were shopping centers and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The fire alarm came up which would be the most annoying thing about the stay but otherwise it was a great place and shopping is in walking distance. Made it very convenient.
