It was convenient and parking was easy, air kept it cool, no issue with smoke/weed smells in the non-smoking area or thru the vents like I have had in vegas hotels

Issue with key cards to get in the room; each time had to try 5-8x to get it to work and went down and had cards re-key 2x in a row before they sent security with me to open door for me if card still wasn't working right as it was late. Saw others fighting samenwith their keys so was glad i wasn't only one. Up side hotel employee and guard display they were upgrading all the doors by month end and new cards

Food is expensive now. Smaller dishes designed to FOOL PEOPLE.. Common! Veterans parking was nice. Be nice to have more Veterans and Seniors Deals. I enjoy Nugget!! I gamble Cash so do use my PLAYER'S much. Don't trust GUVMINT.. I LIKE NUGGET.

TV IS AWFUL ! AWFUL.. we try to watch Morning news with Coffee. Can't.. looks like 1960 TV signals. Awful. I realize they don't want Us in our Rooms, want Us gambling.. B U T... Let us watch FOX NEWS with Coffee

Staff was nice and easy to reach and very helpful. Clean. Was great to have a refrigerator in the room. We kept waters nice and cool.

Carpet needs replaced throughout the hotel (smelly). The electric receptical did not work in the bathroom. Hard to dry and curl my hair on the edge of the bed. Room needs a full length mirror.

Room was clean and staff tided the room very well. Check in was smooth and the cafe had good foods. All staff in every area was polite, and helpful during the entire stay.

The toilet in our room did not flush well, The smoke in the casino was not pleasant Would have been nice to know there were bell man carts to get our luggage to the car as I am crippled.

We went to race motorcycles in Spring Mountain. The location was great. They also have every gambling game just like Las Vegas and a five dollar minimum which was excellent.

The view from the room was not that great and the rooms are a little outdated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

A clean non smoking room , had everything I needed , coffee pods ready to go :) plenty of towels soap shampoos etc. I will stay there again when I visit my friend in a few months.

I can't complain , since it is also a casino you can hear people going down the halls a good part of the night but nothing to loud. really light sleepers might request a room towards the end of the hotel.

Location perfect for stop over after visiting Death Valley. Booked last minute to break up journey back to Las Vegas. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff all friendly, would stay again if needing a stop over. If you’re looking for something near Death Vally that’s good value for money, this is the place.

Price was very reasonable and plenty of free parking

The key cards used to access entree into the room fail often and one has to go to the lobby and get the key cards re coded. Not fun if you are up on the highest floor and only one elevator that takes long time to access.

Most of the employees were very friendly and the rooms were nice 👍

The hotel registration lady upon my arrival was had a very poor attitude about just simple questions about checking in. Then when I asked her if she was ok,she commented on being very tired and wanting to go home. So I asked her, ( Crystal) if I could get her some coffee to cheer her up. Of course she declined but finally came around.

Faster checkin this visit. Elevator out so they gave me resort coupon to spend. Friendly staff. Fast breakfast service in cafe.

Line at visitors desk for gambling info too long, how their resort card worked not adequately exolained. Maybe provide a "How to use " sheet to help make it easier would help?
