Tyler at reception was very helpful and excellent customer service. Booking.com does not give you additional options other than to request a smoking/non-smoking room. I needed a ground floor room near my parked vehicle (I just had surgery and was still a bit weak). When I showed up I asked him if he had a downstairs room available (this was Labor Day Holiday weekend). He searched through the booked reservations and BINGO found a ground floor and my truck to park right in front of the door. My dog JJ was also able relieve himself on grass (instead of desert weeds).

wifi pretty much sucked. had an important meeting on august 7th at 7pm and either got dropped or i could see them (on zoom) but they couldn't hear me, even when i blanked the video. went down to the front desk and the young man admitted it wasn't working well and nothing could be done. never worked well my whole stay.

Easy to find just off interstate highway. Was given room in rear so no road noise. Fridge and microwave in room. Table and chairs to eat at.

A little rundown in appearance. Room keys didn’t work, was given master key for room but it was finicky too.

We arrived late after booking and the front desk said there were no clean rooms so we had to stay. There was a lot of dust on the table and it looked like no one had lived there for a long time.

This Motel 6 was clean and well staffed. The room was bright and organized. I liked having hard wood floors. I will stay at motel 6 again.

Directions to room. I had to drive all around the hotel to get to a room that was just around the corner.

Friendly staff, very good lighting setup, quiet, space for my dog to enjoy.

They need a better water heater.

The manager was great and arranged a big room for us. It had a kitchen and a big refrigerator, and we felt like we were at home.

Location. We were enroute across Nsvada, not actually spending time in Wells itself.

No problems. Possibly Motel 6 might be a little higher priced than the overall chain deserves.

They have great staff that have been very helpful. Appreciate everything they have done for me.

I forgot how it was being on the first floor and hearing people moving around above me.

It was a quick overnight stop off on my trip. Restaurant was with in walking distance so all was good.
