We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The cleaning staff I had were so nice and friendly. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

The wait for staff to put out breakfast items was very slow. The OJ and bagels were never refilled on one morning and the bagel toaster caught fire causing a lot of smoke. When I told the kitchen staff I was waved off by an older lady and me and the other guest were just looking at each other and it was just rude (she obviously had enough and that day had just started), so another staff member came and fix the issue instead.

I really liked the variety of foods for breakfast, even for a small fee a buffet dinner would be nice. The pool was nice as well as the building was clean. I liked the free water and coffee 24.7

My room's toilet would run all night long. The lighting in the room was poor it really seemed to only have the large lamp in the sitting room of the JR suite.

Since I am from the area, I have never had to stay here but since moving, I believe I have found my new hotel to patronize during my visits back home. The front desk, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the cleanliness, literally: all good things! I hope to return and allow my children to indulge in the pool. We unfortunately were on a crunch clock but they were so sad they couldn't go. This alone would give me a reason to visit.

I don't have anything negative to say as they were very accommodating.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and beautiful! The beds were super comfy! And the staff was very friendly! I liked our suite. We had more space. I also liked that it was a bit in the distance from A.C. more peaceful and quiet place. Also, there was everything a person could need during the stay: laundry, drinks around the clock, pool, and gym. Our stay was amazing! Thank you so much!!!

It was pretty good. Certainly way better than a typical continental breakfast, but also not as good as fresh cooked restaurant food. The hours should definitely run later than it does, not everyone wants to have to get up early to go eat.

Breakfast hours should run until a later time. Pool should be left open later, as there is no lifeguard and as such no reason to close the pool at all, let alone as early as they do. Definitely need more ice machines.

great location, fabulous breakfast offered as early at 6:30 a.m., coffee. tea and water station always available, updated room especially the bathroom, clean, quiet and courteous staff. An added touch was the sign in the bathroom offering free replacement of personal items, i.e, toothbrush, etc.

Breakfast was great. Hot foods do change each day. Front desk Kelvin was helpful. Reported to him about noise from next door neighbor and he called them to fix the issue. Front desk Michelle also honored our request to be on the high floor in the quieter area away from the elevator. They were both hospitable and accommodating. Thank you!!

The lobby was often extremely busy and noisy with adults and children who were registered at the hotel. Being on the first floor near elevator, we heard all the commotion. The bathroom faucet leaked all over the vanity.

Hotel is about 15 minutes from Storybook Land. Convenient location, lots of shopping centers around for food and drinks. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. Breakfast was amazing!! Lots of options, eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruits and Turkey Sausage!!! We don’t eat pork, they even had biscuits and gray. The Jacczzi was also amazing after a long day walking around. We really enjoyed this hotel!

The pool wasn’t warm at all. The children didn’t mind but us adults were only able to put out feet in. The guy that checked us out wasn’t friendly which surprised me because the guy that checked us in was so nice.

Very nice place-and price-especially for the “Jersey Shore” area in high summer.

Only one person on duty at front desk. Someone in line for check in right before us ran into a very complicated problem. The poor woman alone at the front desk did all she could to not only fix their complex problem with a reservation, but apologized profusely to the growing line waiting for well over a half hour to check in. Surely a hotel of this size could afford to have more than one person on duty during the very busy early evening hours?
