Location and setting is lovely and enjoyed the sculpture garden. Outdoor eating appreciated. Rooms are interesting and like the courtyard & fountain. Our server at happy hour & dinner offered us a sort of “wine tasting”. Since wines were unfamiliar, she offered us tastes and made comments about the wines and where from. Really appreciated this! Also were offered plenty of bottled water. Food was spotty - some good, some not so fine. Morning pancakes were tough.

Electric needs to be upgraded; more outlets fewer extension cords. When we arrived, room was freezing.

Incredible location. The casita we stayed in was older, but it was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The property itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed eating at the cafe. We had several meals there and enjoyed each one. My kids enjoyed the artwork, gift shop, and nearby museums and Ghost Ranch. We'd certainly stay again. The staff was the absolute best. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The furnishings could be updated, and there were some mosquitoes inside our casita, but that's to be expected this time of year.

It was a nice sized room that easily fit a king sized bed, dresser, wardrobe, sofa, table and chairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft. The room had ac and tv. It had a nice front patio that overlooked the area where horses graze. Beautiful views of the mountains right outside my room. Parking right next to my room. The property has its own cafe which was conveniently located right near the entrance. The food was great and decent wines. The staff are very helpful. They offered great advice on sites to see and restaurants to go to.

The only small thing I’ll say here is that there were a couple of tiny spiders I had to deal with in the bathroom. But the property is in the middle of the mountains, pretty remote, so a couple of small bugs are not that unusual. They stayed in their corners and it didn’t bother me much. That’s the only thing I can think of that I didn’t like but again small thing for me

The restaurant was great. We upgraded to the suite which was wonderful. I think the first room would have been a bit of a let down for the price. The lighting was cold and the bathroom was echoey and the fireplace didn’t work (room 11) the service was great , restaurant was awesome. We had a wonderful stay and loved suite 12. It was a very big spend for my birthday for my boyfriend and I of modest means. So we really appreciated that everything was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. For my sweet dog too! Thank you!

I stated above about room 11. Warmer lighting and a rug in the bathroom? Fix the fireplace and it’s a really nice room!

The sculpture garden was a nice surprise and a wonderful addition to the Inn. Lots of great local artists work in the lobby and restaurant. Our room was pleasant. The food was excellent for dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast staff was under-staffed, and we had to wait until they took care a group of 8 to receive our food even though we had placed our order well before they arrived. When asked if we could have some toast while we waited, the answer was less than accommodating.

When you're looking to stay in Abiquiu, the options are limited, so you have to wonder if it's going to be a good stay. Well, I can assure you, this place is FANTASTIC! Truly this was one of the best places we stayed at during our recent New Mexico trip. The room was amazing, the grounds are really lovely (especially if you're a birder like me), and the restaurant was really quite amazing! Despite being right off the main road, the rooms were quiet, the courtyard was very chill for morning coffee, and everything about the property was relaxing.

The floors in the room were dirty upon arrival which I didn't realize til later that night. A quick word to the front desk and housekeeping took care of it the next day.

The room was great. We couldn't hear our neighbors because of the adobe walls. We loved the courtyard right outside our door. We enjoyed three meals (2 dinners and a breakfast). All were delicious, especially the chocolate torte -- it was to die for! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't realize until we arrived that the Georgia O'Keeffe Welcome Center was right next door. We had a wonderful time on the tour of Georgia O'Keeffe's home and studio.

While we were enjoying a peaceful time in the courtyard outside our room, another guest lit up a cigarette. There was no escaping the smell except to go back inside. I mentioned to the front desk as we checked out that it would be nice for the courtyard to be a no smoking area and he said that it was something that would be discussed.

Quintessential Southwest experience. Authentic and innovative local food served in a beautiful river bosque and sculpture garden under a high canopy of old cottonwood trees. The classical guitar music complimented the evening. The room had Saltillo tiles, kiva fireplace, Georgia O’Keefe prints and opened on an interior patio with a water feature. The internet was adequate and the TV was not turned on, replaced with a stroll in the sculpture garden and peaches from scattered trees.

Lovely place to stay with your spouse or family. We lucked out and went during their Christmas market and tree lighting ceremony which was very warm and inviting. The restaurant had excellent food and staff at a very reasonable price. We got a mountain view room and it was very peaceful and quiet. The fireplace inside of the room was a very nice touch and made it feel like a romantic getaway not far from Santa Fe.

We did end up having to kill a few bugs during our one night stay but this is understandable in the cabin style rooms. I think maybe a little more pest control would have made it a perfect stay but it really didn't hinder our stay at all more of a frustration.

The Abuquiu Inn was fabulous. Perfectly located close to Ghost Ranch, Ab. Inn is lovely! All of the staff were helpful and super friendly. Above and beyond service and warmth. The grounds are well kept and full of art including an outdoor sculpture garden. Our accommodations were terrific. I have nothing but 5 star ratings across the board on this place.

Everything was superb.
