Nice, clean, and fairly modern rooms. Friendly staff. Nice casino attached and we won enough on slots to pay for 2 rooms. Breakfast buffet in casino with good food. Somewhat limited choices but all you need for breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, bread items, sweet rolls, etc.. even saw chicken fried steak and enchiladas……..but for breakfast…?

Like all hotels, could stand a touch of paint here and there for touch up.

The staff was very accommodating, room nice size and clean. Very quiet in the hotel area.

Carrying luggage through casino to hotel rooms (maybe there was another entrance from the back/side we weren’t made aware of). Floors were bare and only a shower (which was fine) but led us to believe it was an accessibility room (we didn’t request one). Maybe none of the rooms have carpet, but we would prefer carpeted room - it felt cold and hard to adjust the thermostat to lower it enough. Since we were already settled in we didn’t want to ask and try to move everything. Bed was a little hard, but we’re used to memory foam. 🙂

The bed is a bit too hard for me, but that’s just a personal preference. It’s not a deal breaker by any means.

The entire room was beautiful. It was very clean without the overbearing odor of dirt and disinfectant. It was quiet. My only complaint was that on my floor, the ice maker didn't work. But, the next floor down did, a quick ride in the elevator and I had all the ice I needed. I will probably always stay at ohkay casino in Espanola every time I spend the night there.

It would be good if the staff at check-in would let you know where you could get a bite to eat in the casino. Also no wifi.

My bed had bed bugs couldn't sleep my was inch all night jump to the other bed took a shower I had bit marks on my body. Got dress called front desk and told the man 124 room number on Saturday night 3/15 to 3/16/25. Mary Quintana

You advertise a fitness center. The fitness center was nonexistent. A door says the fitness center inside had zero exercise equipment. It looks like a storage room with ladders. The property was nice except no fitness center as advertised. That was one of our reasons we booked our stay at your hotel.

I like it's proximity. You can continue on with your plans..... Wether going north, south, east or west

Breakfasts is too expensive for the average person. And, there is no other place to get a quick "to go" breakfast other than going into Espanola. That is time consuming. As a result one is faced with staying at another hotel within the Espanola city limits.

It is a good hotel. The room was very spacious. Wi-Fi speed could be better - it's about 8 mbs for download and 6 mbs for upload. But overall - great value for the money

The parking by the hotel was a bit crowded. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. I didn’t like that the door to go in the hotel it was broken and anyone could walk in.
