The room was spacious. Nice balcony. Bed was comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and keurig. The grounds were beautiful. There were many places for walking. Dog friendly! Plenty of parking. All in all I was very pleased with the accommodations. I'm not sure if I would go back, the resort fee really ticked me off.

Carpet was dirty. Tacked on a 25 dollar a night resort fee. Allowed you 2 beers or 2 wines a day. I didn't want their beer or wine. Irritated me.

Location was great, entrance beautiful. It would be nice if there are more seating areas throughout the lodge to sit and relax anywhere or maybe create more common areas closer to rooms that are further away. Loved all the greenery, trees, plants etc...seemed like an oasis. we also felt safe. Staff very friendly. Seating is room was good

Temp in room not comfortable - AC working fine but we could not get it to our comfort. pool was out of service and did not say when we booked it. it would be nice to place those with dogs away from those with no dogs because they stay barking when left in the room. other than the dog barking it was nice and quiet. door hydraulic need to be check so that doors don't slam. Throughout out stay housekeeping did not pick up towels nor did they bring clean ones. We had to request them. We didn't have the do not disturb sign up so that was not the case. It wound be nice to have clean towels upon our return at least the 2nd day. No vent or window in bathroom made it stuffy and maybe add a small hook in shower to hang the wash cloth/face towel. Its the little things that matter.

Rooms are beautiful. Great location, but not in the downtown area (plaza) of Santa Fe, you will have to drive there. Was there for a conference and they gave me a really nice room with a view of the pool and mountains. Bed was super comfy and mattress was perfect. The southwestern decor was very attractive.

Restaurant was closed for remodeling. DIdn't impact us as much, since we were there for a conference and food was brought in. Water pressure in bathroom is very low and bathrooms need updating. Carpet in hallways and stairs is worn. No safe or refrigerator in the room. No restaurants or shops within walking distance, but fairly closeby, including Devargas Mall.

It was very exclusive. The property was very close to downtown but very quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable and the grounds were very nice. The room was large enough and well laid out. They had live music and they are very pet friendly with dogs treats in a bowl by the reservation desk! My dogs loved the bowl!!!

No restaurant on the property due to renovation made it difficult to eat late night since there is nothing within walking distance

The Lodge is now privately owned, rather than operated by Big Corporate Interests. The vibe feels less upscale, but the owners are still delivering on one of Santa Fe's most gorgeous and significant hotel properties. Let's give them some love.

It is a shame that the celebrated flamenco theater at The Lodge is closed, due to the fact that even performances are owned and controlled behind the scenes by corporate interests to an extent most of us can't even imagine. Now independently owned, The Lodge is now going to have to get into the game in its own way.

With the pool and soaking tub now open, the Lodge has much more to offer. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient for the plaza and the railyard. Plenty of free parking is very nice.

The bathrooms are smallish. The TV's are small and the picture is not very good, not a factor for me, but maybe for others.

Nice hotel, spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere in hotel even though it was quiet with guests. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and obliging

Kitchen is closed for renovation so no food service or breakfast available. Was not informed about this prior to arrival. Not a big deal for us but may be for other guests, would been nice to of been informed in advance.

It was beautiful. Loved the hotel.

We were disappointed that we did not have housekeeping service during our four night stay. We were four ladies staying in one room. We had to request fresh towels and we would drive to the office to get coffee for the coffee maker and ice to keep our drinks cold. However, they were kind enough to refund our daily incidental fees. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator.

Very comfortable room. Great pool area. Great views. Stylish architecture. Well priced.

No refrigerator in the room but that was a minor issue as was availability of eating places within walking distance. Internet is very average with restrictions on adult websites including sport and racing betting. But the positives outweigh the negatives by a fair way.

Room was clean and had pleasing southwest decor. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe and overlooking the older part of the city!

TV was "ancient", and small; not even high definition. For a property like this, one expects a modern smart HD TV! Also the Qureg (sp?) coffee maker didn't work properly... likely because the motel provided "cheaper" coffee pods that didn't work in the machine?
