Servers in the restaurant wasn't very courteous and the guy we have went very nice at all. He never smiled when I complained about the food he seems to not care. We ordered and had turned to sugar and wouldn't come out off the bottle it was so sugary it wouldn't come out off he bottle and he gave us another thatbwas even worse. He seemed to not care. He just set it on the table and walked off. If a person has that attitude he shouldn't be dealing with the public. The was espanic as my wife is also. Mid 20ies I guess. But bd attitude. We wouldn't eat there again ever afraid to get him as a waiter.
The waiter . He didn't care so we left him a low tip. Normally we are big toppers which comes with attitude and service.

The room was lovely, comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and the bar and its light menu was also very good. For our purposes, the location was really excellent.
No matter who tried to help us, the Wi-Fi did not work. Not for our computer and not for our phones. They claimed it was because we have Apple products. Half the world has Apple products, and even when I sat in their lobby and turned off my Wi-Fi and just had my 5G, things did not work well until I got outside. That’s pretty unacceptable when you’ve got business you need to attend to in the midst of your leisure trip. The people at the front desk have their cheat sheets for what to do and none of those things worked.

The location was decent, however, the noise from motorcycles and duped up vehicles was a lot, and all night. Decent restaurant attached, with excellent free breakfast. The facility has a lovely New Mexico vibe, but is a bit outdated. There are no updated usb outlets, for example, and the internet was not very reliable.
There are no updated usb outlets, for example, and the internet was not very reliable. We could smell weed and cigarettes from other rooms, even though it’s not permitted. As stated above, the traffic noise was pretty loud.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with nice and helpful staff and a great location. One can see that the hotel is not new, but it only adds to its unique vibe. Good Mexican/American restaurant downstairs with a nice variety of dishes in the menu and a whole page of different Margarita options
The breakfast options could be explained a bit better. It wasn't entirely clear to me how to combine things in the menu, what is included and what is not. But this is just nitpicking

The king kiva room was large and comfy. Bed was comfortable and there were so many pillows you could probably find the one that works for you - unless you like a very firm one, and those were not available. Breakfast was just so-so on the weekdays (W and Th) but on Friday the menu changed and it was excellent! The coffee was good and they have flavored creamer pods, which is unusual. We hadn't anticipated enjoying the Sherry and Biscochitos every day from 4-5 but found that we actually did like them.
Breakfast on weekdays (except Friday) were pretty lame. All items were served on disposable plates with plasticware. The room was comfortable but was a bit on the cold side at night so we had to find the blanket (yes there was only 1) in the closet.

Large, comfortable room, functional HVAC, large bathroom with a tub and decent water pressure. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite their central location in downtown Santa Fe, the property is insulated by its location and design from the mobs of tourists. Self-parking included. Breakfast included, served not buffet. The restaurant has tasty southwestern lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. In short, everything was easy. Would definitely stay there on a future trip to Santa Fe.

Beautiful property, excellent location. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. The pool area was really relaxing. All the staff were really helpful. The drinks at the bar were well made and good value. Sherry hour and cookies were a lovely touch.

I don't have a single complaint. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was exceptional. The free made to order breakfast was better than anticipated. The pool area was beautiful. Within easy walking of downtown. I felt it was a great value. Highly recommend.
Only minor issue is if you drive a large vehicle parking can be tricky. However they do tell you this when you book so it wasn't a surprise.

The room was nice enough and on a rather charming outdoor veranda. The second night I had a bit of a problem and the manager and staff immediately sorted it and moved me to another room also nice, larger and with more light. Lobby receptions were generous in a historic kind of hacienda environment and liberal sherry and cookies, and chance to talk to other guests. Some workers had been there 30 and 40 years so that is a sign that it is a good place as well.
This is the same thing I say in all my hotel reviews: there is never any information in the room any more. such as a list of nearby shops, restaurants well reviewed and priced, how to find a grocery or convenience store. Downtown Santa Fe is a Disneyland of galleries and gift shops and historic sites which great that's the point but if you have to buy a bandaid or a soda or shampoo or a glue stick (for example) good luck. Of course if you have a car no problem but walkers just know this. Not the fault of the hotel! but inside info would help.

excellent location and friendly staff
food in the dining room was not very good. Dense tepid pancakes and tasty yet tepid sausage. Melon in the fruit cup was rock hard. Turkey wrap, couldn’t finish it and potato salad not so good either. Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and frozen vegetables was decent. again taped and the vegetables came out of the freezer. Eggs, bacon and toast, eggs were done yet had crisp edges, tough chewy, bacon, and burn toast. However, everybody who worked in there was very nice.
