We appreciated everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Every staff member we encountered - front desk, breakfast and happy hour staff, managers, valets... were genuinely engaging and interested in assuring that our experiences as guests were good ones. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed and impeccably clean (as was every other area of the hotel we saw) and perfectly maintained. The extensive amount of wonderfully curated art throughout the Hotel provided an unexpected and really enjoyable gallery ambience. We'll have to try the beautiful restaurant next time.

Breakfast: Include additional oatmeal toppings especially cinnamon, nuts, honey. Half & half for coffee.

Location, behind, directly off Cathedral Square; proximal to old downtown Santa Fe; interior/exterior amenities were excellent; 5:30 kick back is fabulous. Adjacent to shopping, excellent...staff at ALL levels knew about the internal workings of the hotel and Drury management in general...never once did we get an "I don't know"

Honestly, not one thing...from check in to check out four days later, it was flawless. Security was excellent; parking/valet service was exceptional....one of the other guests said the valet staff's goal was to retrieve your vehicle in under 45 seconds, Morning breakfast and afternoon beverages and nibbles were great.

What’s not to love about this place? The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have complimentary happy hour and breakfast everyday. The happy hour includes 3 free drinks and a ton of food which was a pleasant surprise. The actual bar on site is open late and also had great food, drinks, and staff. The hotel was extremely clean and the daily room cleaning was great. It is located walking distance to many cool restaurants and galleries. It is also a short Uber away from other farther attractions, like Meowolf. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The only (slight) downside of this hotel is parking is valet only. The valet staff are super nice, but it does make it somewhat annoying to have to wait for your car everyday if you are traveling with a vehicle.

We LOVED our stay at Drury Plaza Santa Fe! Every single person on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was very close to downtown, and all of the amenities were wonderful. The evening kick back happy hour had great (and free) food and drink options, and the 3 free drinks per adult was a great deal. Bartender Jo was also a highlight with the best personality, attitude, and work ethic. 👏 The rooftop pool and hot tub were really nice as well as the free breakfast bar each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing — super convenient and easy to explore the area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we especially loved the bathroom! The waterfall shower made it feel like a little spa getaway. However, just a heads up: the added fees for parking and bringing a dog were pretty steep. It ended up adding almost $100 to our stay, which was more than we expected. Overall, a great place to stay, but be prepared for extra charges if you're traveling with a pet or driving.

The breakfast was good! I loved having roasted green chilies every morning. The evening drink and food service was lovely too. Even if I didn’t eat, I got to enjoy a few libations. The location was amazing. You can walk pretty much everywhere you need to be. My room was really nice. The only thing was the carpet squeaked, and sounded like it wasn’t glued to the ground when you walked on it. Other than that, everything was lovely.

I didn’t like the floor squeaking and feeling like it wasn’t connected to the ground.

great "happy hour" loved the bartender. Great drinks. Should have a sign "dont forget to tip your bartender" or "Say thanks with a tip" many people dont realize it is courteous to tip even though drinks are free. Breakfast was good - could include bacon and "made to order" eggs like - omlets or over-easy eggs.

Only thing didnt like: should let people know they should expect to pay a parking fee of $30 not sure if daily since we just stayed a day but would have been nice if were disclosed beforehand.

Staff was great! Room was large. Happy hour every day was great and came with a buffet which we never ate from but it looked great!

We were in a room at the end of the hall where the door slammed off and on at night, sometimes as late as 2 am. We got a fan from the front desk and that helped some. They also offered to move us so that was nice. Water temperature fluctuated while showering which was annoying but not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor doors of the property. It is landscaped, a water fountain with the serene sound of water as we walked about. The inside was beautifully decorated, and paintings were hung on the walls. It’s an easy walk from the hotel to many shops downtown. The hotel had the largest collection of paintings & drawings in Santa Fe. Our room was comfortable and restful. The rooftop swimming pool was very popular. The entire staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was an awesome experience and wholeheartedly recommend the Drury hotel!

Our room had only one chair, which was inconvenient.

Since You are asking--- This is my second visit at the Drury. I was there about 4 years ago because of a convention . so it was a return visit. Only have one comment to make-- Taking advantage of your breakfast and generous cocktail food we would like you to know that we not once had HOT food. 4 times breakfast and 2 time cocktails, even yesterday when we were the first in line. I am in a customer service business myself , so I thought it might be helpful for you to know. Perhaps you need new burners??? WE used your Parking and valet services. Nice fellows there.
