Breakfast was great and bed was really comfortable. The location was great as well and staff very friendly. Loved the shuttle service. Good wifi. Liked the seating areas and tables outside; nice to have a picnic dinner. Pool was nice and refreshing.

No chair in the room to sit in except for the desk chair. There was certainly room for a comfy chair in a corner. There was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient since we had planned on heating up water, our dinner, etc.... They brought us one after we requested it and that was nice, but it also kept going off after two minutes and it seemed a strain on the power grid. Pool was nice, but there were hardly ever any towels to use.

I saw one of the employees (a white tattooed gentleman wearing all black) blocking the stairs at check out doing a very sketchy drug deal.

Loved the location and the put out a very nice breakfast spread- decent coffee, fresh cooked eggs, oatmeal. Loved the shuttle to the Plaza area every day. The drivers were very nice. The property had a lot of nice sitting areas.

Our room smelled like wet dogs and was pretty small for 4 people. We love animals but don’t travel with them. Perhaps offer a room here and there that doesn’t allow a pet in it. But overall we really enjoyed staying at the Sage.

Excellent Location, breakfast included, comfortable & the price. Room was decorated & updated. I liked the amenities: fridge, tissues, makeup wipes & toiletries for the price point. We liked the online check in & out process was super quick & easy. The staff was nice. We would definitely stay here again! The location & price was perfect! Near to the rail yard & to the Plaza!

Could hear people in room above walking back & forth in the afternoon & kids screaming outside playing in pool during the daytime. However, at night everything was quiet & we slept well. Breakfast buffet had good variety, but wasn’t very tasty with the exception of the muffins, the eggs & also the green chili sauce which was yummy. Needed biscuits to go with the gravy. Good variety of juices & drinks included. Go early to breakfast. We went at 8 am & eggs were almost gone, muffins were almost depleted too. They must refill, but you may have to wait. However, we didn’t expect much at the price point & it exceeded our expectations.

It looked updated and the lobby was very nice. They do weekly activities and had a nice restaurant.

Our TV wasn’t working and when I called the desk the attendant was very rude to me. He told me to just fix it myself and why hadn’t I already tried to fix it myself. He stated that the maintenance man was too busy for me and simple things like TV’s. I asked about a different room and he simply said “Nope, not gonna happen.” I did get the TV fixed myself. I just wasn’t sure if I should be unplugging things and moving things around, which is why I called. Maintenance did show up 2 hours later though and he was very polite.

Cute hotel/motel, not a far walk from Downtown. The staff at check in was very friendly and the on-site bar was a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat while enjoying some live music. We mostly walked to/from Downtown (~10 mins) but there was a shuttle (free+tips - cash only) that we did utilize once, which was convenient. The room was spacious and upgraded (albeit the bathroom/shower area) and breakfast was simple, but all we needed. We especially appreciated being able to bring our pup with us, as he was the purpose of us embarking on a Thanksgiving road trip instead of flying. All in all, a great place to stay at a great price.

This hotel is an old motel that Sage has given a facelift. Overall, they’ve done a good job. Check in/out process was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Pets are allowed with a $25 per pet per night fee. Location was good, we thought. Overall, good value for the price we paid.

You can only put so much lipstick on a pig, meaning the facade of the hotel looks nice, but it won’t feel modernized until the bones are refurbished. Bathroom specifically comes to mind. But of course, they will probably increase prices if they redo the Also, breakfast was completely gone before 10am. Came in at 9:45 and there was literally nothing left. If breakfast runs until 10am, keep food out until 10am. Frustrating.

The room looks great, the bathroom a bit dated, but the heater is a nice add. Loved the lighted trees path, the staff was very nice We stayed one night, on Wednesday, and they had a great singer at the bar. The bar and the restaurant (and the discount for hotel guests) is awesome! We really likes it there!

Although parking close to your room is great… 5:30am people starting their trucks, few feet away from your bedroom window.. very loud and noisy. There was a garbage truck also.. beeping in reverse very early

Very nice hotel, friendly, great location, breakfast clearly above average. There's a "social club" at the hotel, a nice place to hang out. There's also a free shuttle bus to Santa Fe plaza, which is very convenient.

Plates, cups, cutlery - all single use plastic. I know this is very common with most hotels but is it really so hard to wash dishes? It would be so very easy to avoid a daily mountain of trash and I would imagine it even would safe the management money.

Extremely comfortable, clean, checked in late and had great customer service and even better price, plus breakfast included which was better than most typical breakfasts offered by big chains, homemade tasting salsas, sausage, etc

My only complaint was that the walls are thin and I could hear the people next to us talking. They weren’t talking loudly or yelling just chatting and was difficult to fall asleep as I felt I was part of their late night early morning conversation. Eventually, I fell asleep
