Breakfast was delicious and well laid out every day of the stay, regardless of what time we arrived within the breakfast time window, which was generously open until 9:30. Staff were friendly and kind and responded to everything we needed. I loved the location because it was not in the center of things, but on the edge of things. The included parking lot space is a huge bones, and we found it easy to come and go from the city for day outings and quick grocery store runs. We also found it easy to access everything within the old town, including Canyon Road and the Plaza district. We walked to and ate at Cowgirl, El Calejon, The Burger Stand, and takeout from Pizza Centro, and all were awesome and quick to get to. The view was of the courthouse, but we didn’t expect anything in that department, and the room was really quiet. We did not hear a single other guest from inside the room. There was some construction, but the start and finish time of the work was well within daylight hours and did not disturb our stay. There were stairs to our room as expected, no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues should check to make sure to request the ground floor.

The breakfast was delicious with many choices, including hot food. The fireplaces in the lobby were delightful. The staff was helpful, especially Kristen.

The shower faucet didn't close all the way, so 50% of the water went directly down the drain instead of diverting to the shower head. We notified the staff, and they sent two young men to fix it. They didn't know what the were doing, so they broke the pipe. We were moved to an upgraded room, which was very nice, but this shower had the same problem. I hope they've figured out how to successfully change out this $10 part and give their guests a good shower experience.

Fabulous place to stay with a great location - 5 minute walk into the center of Santa Fe without it being in the actual busy parts. We walked nearly everywhere from here, and appreciated how easy it was to come and go with the car when needed. Our room was on the first floor, so there was nobody above us and it was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent shower, cozy bed, and although the room wasn’t huge, it was perfect for a few days. Loved the tea/coffee/cookies at reception in the afternoon (and tea/coffee in the evening). Breakfast was decent - eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, breakfast sausages (meat only, not veggie), and I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting. Staff were all very friendly. Regardless of the ‘negatives’ below, we would for sure stay here again if ever in Santa Fe, and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Only negatives were the fact that there wasn’t a non-dairy milk option, which was fairly surprising and an easy addition for the many people who don’t drink milk. Breakfast was a self-serve buffet, but there was still a tip jar on the counter. I get that tipping is prolific in the States, but it felt a bit tacky to have a jar there in an otherwise nice establishment.

Great location. Within walking distance from downtown and the railway activities. Great little restaurant for dinner if your too tired to go out. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had many healthy choices. The fireplace in the room was lovely especially in the morning to heat up the floor. Great view of the sunrise over the mountains in the morning on the 2nd floor. Definitely would stay at Pinon court again.

My room was on the 2nd floor facing the road and on a weekend night you could hear motorcycles drag racing down the road until midnight but the view at sunrise was worth it!

Newly refurbished and in some spots continuing. Great breakfast buffet. Gas fireplace in room was charming. There was no additional charge for parking.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s an older but updated property, and as such is quite charming. It’s set back from the road a bit, so is quiet. The location is fantastic. The room was small but had many nice features - a good sized wooden desk, a comfortable bed, and a gas fireplace. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and at one point went the extra mile for me. The value is good, given that breakfast and parking (for one car) are free.

The only thing I wished for that wasn’t there was a comfortable chair. I used the bed for that purpose, but would have preferred a separate chair. This wasn’t enough of an issue to change my rating, though.

EVERYTHING!!!! We Love This Wonderful Place!!!! Everything was perfect!!! From the fireplace in our room to the heated floors in the bathroom, the patio outside our room, the restaurant 20 steps away, the breakfast was fabulous!!!!!! We had dinner there and it was so delicious, the staff were amazing!!!!! We had a charcuterie one night... it was absolutely perfect!!! Gosh we really really can't wait to go back!!!

Bed was too soft for our preference. Toilet paper was rough, not the quality expected of this caliber accommodation. Although breakfast was well put together, some variations would add to the experience for multiple day guests.
