The room was adorable, super clean, and very well appointed. We also loved the location—so close to downtown, and we loved walking to meals and galleries. Thank you!

It would have been nice to have a warmer welcome at the front desk. It was fine, but brusque and all business from the moment I stepped in the door. We had had a very long driving day, having driven through through a hail storm, lots of heavy rain, and a near tornado. An initial smile, greeting, and softer approach to instructions for the stay would have gone a long way. We would also have appreciated having complimentary wifi for our two day stay. We are on a 6 week road trip, staying many places, and every other place we have stayed has offered free wifi. It fosters goodwill and good customer service.

Lovely, clean, comfy self contained apartment but knowing someone at reception if assistance required. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, slept beautifully here!

Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was SO well equipped. The fireplace was a lovely addition to the room too. The location was fantastic - just a 3 minute walk to an amazing breakfast place and 10 min walk to the plaza. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

parking is tight but not impossible .. best to use Uber and walk

Centrally situated for downtown exploring.

It was ok for folks who have their own car who could drive right up to their door, but we didn’t and it was quite a gravelly 50 yards or so traipse with suitcases from reception to our room.

The customer service was not that good I when laundry one day and I could not figure out the washer machine how works. one of the person at the front desk has very bad attitude the didn't want to help me but in the the end he did.

Outstanding customer service by Virginia, who works evenings. Loved the firepit. Excellent location - walked to everything. The room was spacious. Little kitchen very nice. We had a car - parking for everyone. Felt safe on the property as well as walking into old town.

Room was great. Really appreciated having the kitchen. Location was perfect.

Room was a bit on the warm side, 77 degrees according to the thermostat. Price seemed a tad bit high, also a bit discouraged the taxes were not included in the booking fees and had to be paid in addition to quoted price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location excellent. Our room was large with a kitchen/living room and separate bedroom.

Wifi is charged per day. No complimentary bottles of water.
