It was very nice inside/ the room was beautiful/ great gas fireplace/ beautiful bathroom/shower/ nice toiletries/ cool Nespresso in bathroom. Although a tea bag & some non powdered cream for the coffee would have been nice. Wine & cheese hour was fantastic!

There was a surprise Resort Fee on site after Booking.com said it was “the total amount.” Upon quietly and respectfully disagreeing with the front desk clerk, he unnecessarily spoke so loudly and continuously that it was embarrassing and felt mildly aggressive. The Jacuzzi wasn’t warm / he said “ it works. We tried again/ it wasn’t warm. We carried our bags/no butler/ found out about wine & cheese from The Spa operator when she helped us find our room. The place is beautiful / rough start at front desk so we didn’t learn about amenities offered.

I loved the butler service at the Hacienda and the atmosphere. They have an amazing collection of pueblo history, which adds amazing value to the stay! Everyone is so kind and always available, the butlers are always there for you, and organize the complementary breakfast (which is great for us because we only have a continental breakfast) as well as the cocktail hour. Overall, we will go back in October!

Two were the main things... the first was the cleaning service, which did not pay attention to the details. For example, I had to call to get more coffee, mugs, one day they did not do my room, they forgot glasses... Thank god for the butlers, always available! I think they even do too much, it would be great to have someone at the desk in the reception area of the Hacienda, to always be available, as the butlers have so many tasks, they are often not there when you get in.

Butler service, continental breakfast and happy hour made our stay extra comfortable and leisurely. On demand shuttle was a lifesaver as we had snow and very cold temperatures…truly made it easy to get around in less than ideal weather. Appreciated the turn down service and upscale in room amenities.

Disappointed that the spa is now appointment only. Means spa is closed unless you had pre scheduled a service. Makes a spontaneous spa treatment less likely. They only had male masseuse when we called.

The room was beautiful! Loved the fireplace, beds, decor! Staff was very friendly! Amazing art throughout the hotel. Free shuttle into town that was always available. 5 mins from town. Adobe style resort.

Someone opened my door at 11:30. Not sure if it was the staff or who it was. luckily I had put the latch on the door and that stopped them. No knock before they came in. Plug in bathroom didn’t work and right before I left I found blood on the bed coverings.

Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santa Fe. The fireplace in the room and large, spacious rooms were lovely. Nice balcony. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food at the continental breakfast and the restaurant were both wonderful. Service was great. The spa was wonderful and relaxing, and the staff there were fabulous. We loved the hot tub, the bar, and the hotel decor, too. So pretty. Didn't use the shuttle service, but it's great that they offer it.

The bed was only average in terms of comfort. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The butler service was wonderful! And the lounge in the morning and evening was appreciated and enjoyed!

The only disappointment was that we made reservations for a nice dinner and the restaurant was closed due to a reception so we ate in the bar area. I would have appreciated knowing that when making a reservation. It was also a little awkward because our table was next to the serving station and there were 5 servers standing there during the majority of the meal. Food and service were good - just not the ambiance we were hoping for.

The room was beautiful and the facilities is lovely. The walk to downtown was very short and we love that we were able to call the shuttle to come and get us whenever we needed it.

View out the room was terrible. We were facing an air-conditioning machine. We had no hot water on the last day and the hotel refunded us a resort fee for two days.

Entire facility is remarkable! Scattered with beautiful art work, the public rooms and private sanctuaries are pleasing to the eye, decorated perfectly. Every amenity is of the highest. The staff was delightful, the shuttle prompt and the location superb. Did I mention that we enjoyed?? So will you!

Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Hacienda portion of the property was quiet very relaxing. The support staff were excellent and ready to assist. The hotel location is perfect with easy walk to the plaza but option to use shuttle service was a nice bonus.

We stayed in the Hacienda’s and the room was lovely and well appointed. We had a fireplace and a butler. There were a couple of times the butler didn’t follow though for us but that’s a minor issue. The lobby with fireplace and nightly entertainment was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the morning servers were absolutely top notch. The hotel’s location was central to everything fun!

Parking was tight on the weekends.
