The location of the hotel is wonderful, right off of the plaza and a short walk to everything. The beds were comfortable. We liked having multiple fireplaces in which to hang out while there.

Our room did not have working phones. When we brought this up nothing happened. Also whoever cleaned the room moved all of our stuff and switched everything around. I didn't like that all of our belongings had been touched. One of the times we had a cocktail at the bar, the bartender spilled one of our drinks all over the glass when he put it down. He didn't wipe it down or give me more napkin to do it myself, it was just sloppy and not what I expect in a 5 star property.

The Inn of the Anasazi has an embracing welcome to guests in the heart of Santa Fe. Tucked in among museums, galleries and steps from the plaza where local artists shine, this hotel is a gem. We loved the walk ability to everything, and once inside, we loved the comfort and charm of the hotel. Our room was cozy, had everything we needed. The bedding was warm and soft, water, coffee and team provided, and turn down service included a bed time story and a cookie. The main floor included a place for morning coffee and pastry, and during a busy day was a fun place to play a board game or sit with a book. The hotel is also filled with beautiful artwork and local design elements. All of these amenities elevated our experience. Finally, the employees here were mindful of our needs, so kind and warm, and happy to help with a smile every time.

The appearance and quality of the property are understated and elegant. Located just off the central square, the location is ideal yet feels secluded. The entrance and lobby are smallish, yet welcoming. You begin to sense the quality of care and aesthetics once you wander past the front lobby and into the hotel and lounge. We stayed in December so found the living room with its warm fireplace cozy and inviting and the perfect way to end the evening. The staff were gracious, helpful and accommodating.

Honestly, there isn’t anything that we didn’t like.

-location -luxury environment/feel -nice water pressure in the shower

-housekeeping untimely. was out of room from 9am to 330pm, had to call for service at 330 -complimentary coffee was weak for our taste. Water service at the hotel bar needs to be filtered (heavy chlorine taste..unless coming from plastic cups and washer) -room small. no room for me to walk around my wife in bathroom when she is standing at the sink. two sinks but too tight. -uncomfortable pillow to my taste. 'flatish"/feather pillows on bed. -only one USB plug in the room and it was nonfunctioning. thankfully i travel with a " USB brick" -tried to take advantage of the car service, but not available without waiting . two separate tries. i guess busy.

Beautiful Southwestern style. Wood burning fires in all the common areas. Perfectly located just steps away from the main plaza. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. Great gym! The staff is helpful and kind. My husband fell ill and the gentleman in the front of the restaurant ran out in search of bananas for us when he couldn’t find any in his kitchen. We were very well taken care of during our stay.

The location is great - our favorite spot in Santa Fe. Staff is very gracious and helpful; food and drinks great.

Running AC in our room created a loud fan noise in the ceiling - kept us awake and needs to be fixed. I mentioned this to the front desk and they comped a couple of drinks which I did not ask for but appreciated.

Okay, the chocolate Macadamia nut cookies were incredible! It was wonderful having a fireplace in the room. The little touches were exquisite. And the room was carefully planned so that everything worked beautifully. We slept so well there. We hated to leave.

The bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable bedding I think I have ever experienced in my life. The room and property were clean and the staff were very attentive and professional.

I hate to mention something so minor, but the bath towels were really rough and scratchy, poor quality. With such wonderful bedding and everything else being perfect, I was surprised at this and disappointed. For the price of a room here, even the bath towels should be luxurious.

Very comfortable and elegantly appointed with a southern charm. Bathroom had a Dyson hairdryer with all its accessories, it was great!

Our room faced an alley so we didn’t have a lot of natural light.

Perfect setting and furnishings for Santa Fe. The crackling fireplaces and beautiful spaces were luxurious and charming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay!
