This hotel had unique charm with huge artworks hanging on the walls and high quality furnishings in the room. The bed linens were soft cotton and we felt like we were in a luxury hotel for such an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly great with fresh berries and salads with seeds and salsas. We were very grateful for the healthy options and the high quality rooms. I think it was a discounted rate because they were renovating the dining room and it was the off season but I’m not sure. It was definitely worth it.
They didn’t inform us that they were renovating the dining room/bar. It wasn’t noisy or disruptive but it did change the experience slightly because it didn’t match our expectations. But it was still a great stay.

Very rustic & lots of character. The staff was very nice & accommodating. Clean and quiet surroundings. Located just outside of all the attractions, but definitely worth the savings.
Breakfast is set up near the front door. This made the food get cold at times and no microwave nearby or in the room. They were accommodating and heated up my plate in the kitchen. They have plenty of room to relocate where to serve the food. Parking is tight if they are booked. Unfortunately Santa Fe looks like they have a homelessness & drug problem. Still felt safe but it’s enough to notice.

The rooms are old, but unique. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see. The included breakfast was incredibly good. although the rooms were very old they were very clean. The added touch of a bathrobe and slippers was a plus. they also included coffee and water bottles in the room. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.
My room was on the street and I had a person upstairs that liked to stomp around at 4 o’clock in the morning. It was a little noisy but bearable.

Great staff and very accommodating. Upon arrival the two ladies in the reception area were cheerful and helpful. They escorted us to our rooms, assuring our comfort. Our room was small but comfy. The bathroom was spacious and nicely appointed. It would have been a nice touch if the small refrigerator in the room was encased in a cabinet (can’t the manufacturers figure out how to make them less noisy.) The morning coffee was great and access to ice was a welcomed touch.
Our room was in a building located slightly off the main property. Access to the rooms in this building, was through a main door. The touchpad lock on this outer door wasn’t functioning properly; disturbing as this entrance is only a few feet off the sidewalk of an adjacent east-west street. Fortunately, the touchpad lock on our inner suite door was fine.

Pretty adobe building with a very comfy bed. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. They let us drop our bags off when we arrived early, and called us when the room was ready. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise, with lots of options.
Our first night was not great. It sounded like the people in the room above us were practicing clog dancing, while rearranging furniture all night. The manager kindly found us a quieter room the next day, and our stay was wonderful after that.

Stayed in Hopi room. It's definitely a romantic, warm vibe. Located a short and easy walk from downtown and tons of shops and historical sites. Staff are professional at a level that feels friendly, not stuffy. Southwest styling with a functional fireplace. Just overall, a great stay.
Parking is a little tight, so if your not good at backing use main lot. It's only a 30 second walk. Not a huge issue.

We loved the extremely helpful staff. The accommodations were very nice and clean. We were in room 1 with a patio, and it was set up nicely, however it could use a small handrail to get up and down the patio stairs. Breakfast was delicious, excellent choices in fruit.
The restaurant and lounge were closed and that posed a problem for us because we arrived on a Sunday and we had to walk a distance with street construction to find a restaurant open.

Friendly, accommodating staff, awesome location within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, museums, etc., beautiful, spacious guest rooms, plenty of parking. They have pet-friendly rooms available, which we really appreciated!
We were looking forward to the breakfast they generally serve, but due to water heater issues, they were unable to serve breakfast the morning of our stay. They did refund a portion of our resort fee, and provide us with a list of breakfast options within walking distance which was appreciated.

Charming historical property. The rooms are unique and the staff were completely amazing and friendly. We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted something other than a regular cookie cutter hotel and Vanessie completely delivered. The breakfast buffet was perfect for a quick bite before heading home. They offered healthy and freshly made items instead of the junk food you would find at chain hotels, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely return.
The suites offer fireplaces in the rooms, which was a huge deciding factor when we booked. However, none of the fireplaces were functioning.

A wonderful adobe room, with all comforts! We were greeted with warmth and shown our room All questions answered. We booked because the Inn is close to The Lensic and Plaza. Next we will book because of the warmth and lovely room and comfy bed!
Unfortunately the Breakfast Buffet wasn't open due to an equipment malfunction, but we were credited through the Resort Fee and told many options for breakfast. They still served coffee and Danish. All good, we will catch the excellent breakfast next time!
