The breakfast was cooked each day by a chef and was very good. There was no decaf coffee so I drank tea instead. The tea they served was gourmet and very good. The chef made his own chai tea which my wife loved. The facility was quiet. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent in order to walk everywhere in downtown Santa Fe. Parking is included and plentiful when we stayed there during the weekdays. The facility is clean. They have 2 gas fireplaces. The room we chose had a balcony with chairs and a small table which we used. Our bed was comfortable.

Our shower handle didn't work correctly. The lady at the front desk made every attempt to get it fixed, which included calling a plumber who was unable to get the part needed for several days. She offered an upgraded room but we declined as we liked the room we originally picked. We appreciated the offer, though. They didn't have to do that! The exterior wood trim on the facility is in need of repair, which, I am sure, the owner is aware of.

The breakfast and all staff at the Parador were great. Location was very good, easy to walk to the Plaza, (and O'Hori's coffee is around the corner!) and parking was easy. A shout out to the breakfast staff, as they really did an outstanding job. We also liked the kettle/coffee set up in the room

The room itself got extremely hot during the day (we were on the second floor). So much so that we had to leave the door to the balcony and the bathroom window open all night in order to cool the room enough to sleep. If I stayed in the future, I'd ask for a first floor room

We had a great casita, separate from the main farm house. The location is superb with easy access to the Railyard and downtown Plaza, with a coffee shop, bakery, food hall and other establishments right around the corner. Breakfast was tasty with high quality ingredients.

We were told breakfast was at 8, which was a bit later than we are used to, and we had a long drive ahead of us. When we got there, I expected it to be a buffet, but it was a made to order, from 2 or 3 choices, and we had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. It was very tasty, though portions a bit small. We had to eat fast to get on the road.

We were delighted with the location, easily walkable to downtown, railway area, Canyon Road, capitol buildings, etc. We never had to get back in the car. The vegan Chai was a real treat and the breakfast was quite original and tasty. I wish there had been a vegan option every day. We both enjoyed the selection of books. The large tub was amazing and it was nice to have two lounge chairs in the room. Great bed also.

The timing of getting the room tidied between 3 and 4 didn't work for us as we usually like to rest then. So, we missed out. Also, the bidet in room 15 is not working. Still, it didn't disappoint us because we weren't expecting either of these things. One rainy afternoon we sat in the Great room next to the fireplace on the poofs and wished there were proper, comfortable chairs. That would have been a delight.

When you combine friendly staff, centralized location (easy walking), and quality rooms, it is the Parador. I also really enjoyed the morning breakfast meals and the care put into the friendly experience of it. Shout out to Danny!

This isn't a knock on the Parador, but rather on Santa Fe in general. Please ensure that you park in the Parador's parking lot and NOT in the large free lot next door. Some people's cars were broken into during the night in the large free lot. I was unaffected, fortunately because I parked in the safe Parador parking lot, which also happens to be free.

It was such a unique property! It was like staying in a guest house. Our rooms and bathrooms are absolutely huge and we loved the community area with the fireplace. Fabulous bath products and the room had a coffee teapot, and a refrigerator which was handy. We felt safe and there was offstreet parking. Breakfast was particularly scrumptious .

It was a good 10 to 15 minute walk from the plaza or Canyon Road and it was situated off of a busy road and behind a brewery so there was street noise and music. It was necessary to have a coffee pot in our room but if you need creamer, make sure and arrange for that and also teas need to be picked up at breakfast. Because there is no food or coffee before 8 AM. And, as we are East coaster we were all up at 5 AM . None of the local coffee shops were open before eight or even nine so it was Starbucks or make coffee in your room but again if you plan ahead and have what you need to make the coffee for creamers, that’s not a problem. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and having our coffee and tea. We just did not arrange for the creamers or the tea ahead of time.

Really good communication and kindness from staff. A major rain storm caused roof leaks in the suite we reserved but we were given another room which was very comfortable. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast choices, included with the room, are amazing, delicious and unique, prepared by a very talented chef. The location is perfect especially if being in the busy center of town or in the more pricy artsy neighborhoods isn’t important to you. There is a lot to see, and a short walk to the state capitol which is open to the public and houses a beautiful collection of regional art. Also the Railyard is home to restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, and on Tuesdays, the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market.

Such a great surprise. We had a really nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay there. Both were very different but comfortable. The moon suite was very charming and cozy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean .Very pet friendly, even though other guests didn't pick up after their dogs, shame. The breakfasts are amazing. Definitely not your average hotel breakfasts. It is so delicious, and the chef is so kind and talented. Really enjoyed their coffee/tea set up in the rooms. Real coffee and wonderful selection of teas. I have already recommended this little hotel to two people. Very convenient location also.

There are not enough trash cans in the rooms if guests are staying more than one night. There is no tv option in case you have kids. It didn't really affect our stay in particular because we were busy doing other things.

We love the breakfast and that this hotel supports artists and creatives. Our little casita house was lovely and perfect for us and our toddler. We enjoyed the private patio area. The provided hair and body wash smells like lavender and is super high quality. This spot is close to everything you need with dedicated parking steps away from your door.

We like the quirky building but did notice that the outlets were really loose and the lamp and our phone chargers wouldn't stay in some of the outlets. We also think the chef could benefit from having a server on hand since he was doing double duty if making the food and taking orders/assisting with questions about the food and beverage. Overall a great stay and very small complaints.

the breakfast was exceptional - we were in Santa Fe for a conference and breakfast was provided at the conference location (a much more expensive hotel) and we opted to have "first breakfast" with you the first day and were so glad we did. There was absolutely no comparison with the quality and everything was delicious. We continued to have breakfast daily and ignored the hotel provided breakfast at the conference. One of my colleagues actually said to me that the food at the parador breakfast was her favourite for the entire stay in Santa Fe! The room was perfect for our needs - the beds were comfortable and having the 3 of us stay together made the whole experience so much more fun - it felt like a camp sleepover :) (none of us knew each other "in person" prior to this event). The location is ideal, free parking was a bonus, and the staff were totally accommodating and lovely. I would happily stay again. ps the hibiscus ginger aqua fresca was phenomenal! and the coffee was also great. We liked being able to make coffee in the room and having a fridge was also an unexpected asset. Thank you!

there was nothing we didn't like. Our room overlooked the parking lot so the view was missing but there was no noise and it was not a detriment to our stay. Ceiling fans in the room were ideal and there is also air conditioning as needed.
