A fabulous location… close walking distance to everything eg museums, historic plaza etc. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Spent time giving suggestions and answering questions etc. Having a shuttle service was a bonus. Breakfast was very nice and sufficient.

The room was exceptionally clean. The location was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Each morning there was a full breakfast buffet. Each and every person who works here is professional and very cordial. A great staff. A real perk, especially for us since we decided not to rent a car, was that the Inn had a van that would shuttle you to nearby points of interest and restaurants and pick you up too if you wanted. Joe's Tequila Bar located on the property was a lot of fun. The location was wonderful since we wanted to spend a lot of time visiting the galleries. Canyon Road was just a very short walk away. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Hmm, maybe another light in the room. I really like light! Everything was really wonderful here.

Have stayed at the Inn several times-most recently 6 years ago-and it actually gets better! Location is ideal-off, but close to Plaza. Staff far exceeds normal hospitality! The unsolicited room upgrade (from lower to upper floor) provided us with a room where we sat on balcony & viewed the moon (Lovely-Thank You!) Breakfast was delicious & we enjoyed & appreciated talking with Reyna and her team, every morning. When a Manager (Chris, I believe) asked about our plans for the day-we relayed we were heading to Abiqui-he recommended we include a stop at Echo Amphitheater. We did & it added SO much to our day! Every encounter made our stay better...Thank You!

Only time the level of service fell short was an evening at Joe's Tequila Bar. It was busy and staff seemed rushed. We had delays getting set-ups once we had food. Then, our plate was whisked away while we were still nibbling.

The hot and cold breakfast buffet was outstanding. The breakfast staff was very attentive in pouring coffee for guests. The Inn is in a very good location --- the bottom of Canyon Road is a two minute walk and the Plaza is a six minute walk. The Deluxe room with a fireplace was very comfortable. I liked that the cleaning staff serviced my room daily. The parking was very good. I have a Dodge Ram truck and there is always a concern that I can't fit. Even on a weekend, all was good for finding a parking space.

The private deck/patio outside the room was very narrow. There were two chairs and a small table --- but you were right up against the french doors. The door did not have a screen, so you could not just enjoy the fresh air. The spa located by our building was not inviting. The space was very small and seemed dark.

The property is beautiful. I especially loved all the red roses around the buildings! The staff went above and beyond. It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary and they gave us an upgraded room. My daughter had asked them (just before we arrived) if they could put a bottle of wine and card in our room. They not only wrote the card for my daughter, but made sure to place them both minutes before we got to the room. We appreciated that breakfast was included and that they provide a free shuttle, which we did use. This is a great location - within walking distance to the plaza and the galleries on Canyon Road are right around the corner. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Santa Fe.

The location was perfect. Just off the Plaza and very close to the galleries on Canyon Road. The entire property was quaint and cozy with many small buildings. Felt more like a casita than a hotel. The hotel lobby, dining, and courtyard patio were lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I've stayed at several hotels in Santa Fe. They were all nice but I particularly loved the cozy, New Mexican feel of this property. This will be my first choice for a return trip.

The bed was a little on the firm side. It was still comfortable, though, and didn't impede our rest.

EVERYTHING! Staff was terrific, gourmet breakfast every morning included, courtesy van service throughout the day and evening no charge, Joe the owner even socialized with guests. Housekeeping was the best I’ve experienced in years with daily refreshing of the room from top to bottom, always a change of linens, bath products, etc. The staff was awesome, from front desk, wait staff, van drivers, housekeeping. Rooms were very comfortable, nice beds and line, well appointed. Even the dresser drawers were large enough to lay your neatly folded clothes in them without having to fold them in half again like all hotel rooms of commercial name hotels.

I liked the bedding. No “only washed once in a blue moon “ type comforter was used. Bathrobes were a lovely touch — although we did not use them. Towels were hung with artistic flourish. Breakfast was lovely. Appreciated the cloth napkins and staff coming around to refill coffee.

There was an alarm clock with a built-in nightlight. That was annoying. Perhaps there was a way to turn that off, but having climbed into bed without my glasses and not being able to find the control switch for that, I ended just putting a pillow over it for a very low tech solution.

The room was spacious, pleasantly decorated, very quiet, and clean. The hot tub was great, although it was closed one of the days we were there. Loved sitting by the fire in the lobby area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent - basically around the corner from the Canyon Road art galleries, and a 10-15 minute walk to most things in Santa Fe.

The mattress was a little too firm for me, and they could have provided warmer blankets - highs were in the 30s while we were there. The hot foods at breakfast were too salty.
