Staff was kind and helpful except for one receptionist who worked early in the week on a morning... The receptionist who wore glasses was the best at welcoming us! The housekeeper were excellent. & the breakfast ladies were too!

Just one receptionist was rude. Rolling eyes when I requested early check in. She was older than the rest, had an accent, dark straight hair, worked a couple mornings early in the week.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is. A bathroom in the main lobby which is nice and the pool and breakfast area was nice. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning as we had an early event to attend at FLETC. The price was fair for the accommodations. Room was clean and comfy although we had to request an iron as there wasn’t one in the room.

Initially our AC in the room wouldn’t stay on and cool, we called the front desk and the manager was up in 2-3 minutes and reset the unit and had it working again. Also loved meeting him and talking.

Everything was great except the bathroom. Just a little more attention to detail on cleaning in there. Otherwise great!! Would recommend!

The location was convenient and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local information.

Only negative thing was a very firm bed mattress aside from that everything else was great.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Friendly front desk lady.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Shower leaked, looked old, toilet was very low.

The shower was amazing. Great water pressure and heat. The voice of soaps were perfect. Keep up the great work

The location in the city and access surrounding area.

The only think was the ice machine on the third floor wasn’t working.

It was clean and comfy.

The TV was busted and propped up with a tide box (laundry detergent) and paper cups and the in room phone was busted, so no courtesy wake up call. Apparently, these were known issues and no effort was made to adjust the price accordingly.
