Great location across the street from a Love's. Traffic in and out didn't bother me at all, and my room was ground level directly across from the Love's. It was perfectly within walking distance for a late night snack and morning coffee. They had free breakfast at the hotel, but I didn't go, I grabbed a breakfast burrito across the street. The room met my expectations for the price and location.

The attendant was by far the least personable that we had on our 1 week trip to different towns around the state. He had zero personality, no "hello, how was your drive", no "welcome", nothing. Plus, it's time to get rid of the covid sneeze guard at the front desk, it's something I'd expect at a Motel 6, not a Best Western.

Clean, comfortable, easy to find, easy to check-in, friendly helpful staff available (even at midnight), and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Despite it being well below freezing outside, the room was very warm and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained. Great value.

The heater/air conditioner was a little tricker than average to figure out. It was midnight when I checked in and I just wanted to get to sleep so that was probably a huge factor.

The staff were polite and helpful. The beds are comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and we didn't experience any noise from adjacent rooms, however, I don't know if any of them were occupied. The breakfast was typical for a free breakfast at a mid-budget American hotel/motel.

I wish they, and other mid-range hotels, would serve higher quality breakfast foods--even if they charge for it. This place does try with red and green chili options.

Room was clean and smelled clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sink was in the bathroom which is extremely important to me. We got fresh towels every day without having to ask which hasn't happened since covid. Room was quiet.

It would have been nice if there had been a chair or small love seat to relax in. The breakfast options were good but could have been better quality. The biscuits were hard.

The staff was welcoming, responsive and cordial.

Nothing to write home about. Just the usual Motel breakfast fare. However, the breakfast staff attitude and friendliness made up for the short comings with regard to how things tasted. In their defense we were late getting to the buffet so things had been sitting for a while. The biggest issue was parking. We arrived about 9:00PM. Most of the spaces were full.

Loved the room, breakfast was ok, hotel is beautiful. Room was big, beds were comfortable, it was very clean. I brought both of my large dogs with me and they were very accommodating.

Found a couple of bugs in the bathroom, I’m pretty sure they were coming through the bathroom fan. It was the season and it had rained a lot so they were everywhere, local family said they had the same issue. No fault to the hotel.

Website indicated that the pool was open. We made plans specifically to stop there instead of going on further that day just so the kids could swim. The pool was not open. Still had the tarp on top very disappointing.

Well run property that we have stayed at multiple times as it is on the way to visit family. In addition they have 30 amp power that we can use to charge our Tesla overnight. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and beds are comfortable.

Charging pedestals would be nice.

The staff could have told me that the swimming pool wasn't in operation. The clerk said that they were working on a pipe. By the looks of it, it's been down for sometime. If you want to be the best place in Clayton, get the pool up and running asap

We booked a king room and it was big enough to have two chairs and a desk. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was really good. It was a good location from driving from Tx to Colorado. Our room was very quite.

Maybe a little softer pillow but that is being picky
