Overall, the stay was very good. The hotel and room were very clean and neat with good facilities. The staff were kind and prompt in responding to requests. The location, just off I-10 but far enough away not to be bothered by road noise, was excellent. The included breakfast, while standard fare, was good also.

There were some fun and not so fun surprises during our one night stay. The dresser drawer that would not stay closed was annoying but pretty basic. The call girl flyer tucked in the front cover of the Bible in the night stand that my child found was delightfully ironic. The alarm clock that went off for two hours in the adjoining room was less so (the walls are pretty thin). The staff were incredibly prompt in taking care of the issue once I reached out though. .

I like the water and coffee options. Since we were traveling, it really saved the morning (4 AM). The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was very fiendly.

All the facilities were clean except the pool, the kids were planning to swim, but the way it looked discouraged them from doing so. Ooe of the entrances was out of service, I am not sure the reason for it, but our room was located at that end of the building so we have to go around to use another door to get to our car.

Breakfast was good, nice selection of both hot and cold foods. Person who staffed the dining area appeared to be working alone, but she did an excellent job of keeping both food and supplies well stocked. Location was convenient but just a bit noisy due to truck traffic on the highway, but not horribly so.

For other travelers - stop looking and book a room here!! These folks have their act together and I have stayed in other Deming hotels which should be avoided! For happy travels book now

Clean, comfortable, quiet, with being close to the highway and train tracks it's not as loud as you would expect it to be and can hear but it's not distracting or annoying. Not far from gas station, walmart, fast food places and a few restaurants as well

Great bed and hot shower. The staff were friendly and courteous.

This is the second Holiday Inn Express I stayed in the past couple of weeks and at both Junction, Tx and this Deming, NM, the refrigerator pulled out of the wall when opening the door. Also, being diabetic, I try to stay away from bread and sugars, so I usually eat oatmeal. All they had was Cinnamon or Maple, no regular..really? Had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Nice large room and bath

Breakfast was disorganized and nothing was out. All staff would say is they were trying, but almost no foid ans several people waiting over a 1/2 hour, finalky left and ate elsewhere.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly

After our horrible experience in Indio, CA, we walked into an oasis! The room was beautiful! We had every amenity we always look for in a hotel room. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was GREAT! All the trappings of COVID were gone. We had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, danish, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc. Such a welcome surprise.

The shower head was kind of messed up. It pretty much hammered us and we felt a little beat up when we were done - but we had hot water, so all is good!

Spacious, rooms were big. Showers were hot and nice. Breakfast in morning.

Price could have be a smidge cheaper. Ice machine could have worked better and could have had more luggage carts to help move out all our things.
