I love the Home 2 suites! It's more like a small apartment, then a hotel room! I also love that you are greeted with water, cookies and fruit! I hadn't eaten, and that was such a gift! Breakfast isn't the fanciest, but it has a nice variety of breakfast foods!

Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Room size was excellent. Great location - reasonable distance from parks and scenic areas of interest.

Wifi didn't work the first time but hotel staff fixed it fast.

Staff, cleanliness, free water

A/c thermostat was slow in reading room temp. It would take too long to cut on and then too long to cut off. Making the room temp swing from really warm to really cold. This caused me to wake up multiple times both nights. Informed staff. They checked. I honestly didn't think it was an issue that the staff could correct.

We loved that the staff was there to answer any questions and solve any problems we had! Andrew was especially awesome and made our trip all the better. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The view was nice and we felt at home. The soaps and shampoos smelled wonderful. Thanks Andrew for being there to help us!

Convenient location.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC was shut off when I arrived, it didn’t cool off in the room till around midnight.

The staff was super friendly made us feel very welcome there! I explained it was my 10 yr old late birthday present and they put us on the top floor on the side where they were letting off fireworks that night! Thought that was super cool!

Layout of room was comfortable and room was nice for our family. The staff was warm and welcoming.

shower handrail needs repair at top and some of the dishes felt dirty though maybe that’s the dishwasher or hard water?

Room was clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was only ok. We would like more selection. Love the waffle maker, though! Wish there was a hot tub or spa.

I liked having the kitchen in the room. I also liked that there was a walk in shower and no tub.

It was a little farther out than I would have liked. I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t get a better breakfast. it was all packaged no bacon and eggs.

Staff is amazing - always helpful - above and beyond

The façade of walls in our room had several places Where the paper was damaged and peeling. Made room look old and tired
