Immediately upon arrival, the front desk woman was very kind. We checked in and when getting into the room the window wasnt locking. I let the front desk know and they immediately helped me find something to "lock" it for the night w a dowel-like replacement. The window was fixed the following day. The beds were soft, soft towels, clean room and bathroom. We had to add an extra night and the same woman at the front desk got it taken care of quickly and w a warm smile and attitude. Everyone there from the front desk to cleaning ladies and breakfast staff was amazing. Thank you for allowing my dog to stay, too.

The second night, the neighbor was slamming their door and crushing water bottles till 1am. Just rude and inconsiderate people.

Staff was very friendly & helpful!! Answered all our questions with a smile, both during check in & check out. Also, in between! One of the few hotels that offer enough room for my large family! The continental breakfast was good. The girl at the desk kept everything stocked.

needs a little updating, especially in the bathroom. toilet running. would like more "family TV channels avail. Bedspread material was slippery?, not sure if thats the way to put it, but all 3 ended up falling off & sliding onto the floor.

I rented the 3 Queen bed suite and it was really comfortable, micro, fridge, two vanities, small but adequate bathroom bathtub and shower excellent, hot water too. The extra room is worth it separate non closed but with small wall waist high separated two queens from one (for parents or adults) Gave a little feel of privacy

Breakfast can definitely be improved post covid. I understand during Covid sheltering whats available but could have some scrambled eggs and or biscuits gravy comparable to other hotels of similar price.

great place to stay, especially if you have a larger family. Very comfortable & spacious!! Decent breakfast. Staff is always friendly & helpful!

We've stayed here a few times. could use a couple upgrades as far as USB plugs. ceiling fan in the room was loose. Don't really have anything else I didn't like. great place to stay!

Super 8 is a good hotel for the price. My daughter and i always stay at this location several times a year. It’s close to the location we’re going to, it’s clean and the staff is OUTSTANDING. The staff has been the same and i can’t say enough about them.

So you are in the middle of NOWHERE LOL, so plan accordingly, for the area this was a VERY reasonable and economical choice. VERY 👌 Hotel was clean, and rooms were very nice, you are in kind of the middle of commercial and Indian land and people were incredibly kind and gracious to me. Hotel staff was VERY friendly.

Well alot of things could be different, this is not a wealthy city and this area, while not sketchy, is prob not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time at night at. But people that I met were very friendly and accomodating.

I like how clean the parking lot was and how close it was to a gas station and the availability to get groceries and I also enjoyed the staff they were super nice and the only thing I can say is maybe upgrade your guys's breakfast just a little bit other than that I give it a hundred and ten percent a plus a plus a plus

The staff we had the sweet lady I believe she was the assistant manager or manager I don't remember her name but she was so sweet and helpful. The queen double bed room is comfortable size and the blankets were a bit thin for my liking . My kids didn't mind one bit tho. The hotel itself was super quiet even tho it was sold out with other wrestlers and definitely will be back next tournament!

Wonderfully welcoming desk personnel on arrival and departure. Quiet, clean property, and parking was conveniently close to the only entrance. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room was spotless.

Relates to room maintenance: bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly loud, with a rattle and squealing noise. I turned it off rather than disturb fellow guests. Sink drain very slow. Sign with long written instructions about how to use colored cloths to remove stains, etc. (Rather than towels) Problem: no "colored cloths" provided. No drinking vessels for cold drinks or coffee mugs provided. Good thing I don't require morning coffee, or I could have been in a lousy mood! It strikes me that a quick check could have prevented the issue of the missing items. To those who say.I could have asked at reception. Wrong! It's not my job to go chasing around to cover up careless housekeeping staff, nor is it that.of the desk clerk

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is basic. I enjoyed the yogurt and fresh fruit. They welcomed our dog which was important. It was quiet and comfortable. Met all our needs.

No complaints.
