large room, man at front desk was very nice and helpful.

parking lot is difficult. main complaint was that we don't have our room cleaned during the, especially when we are only staying 2 nights. The sign in the rom stated they only clean every 3 days (and between people, of course) but we put the do not disturb sign up just in case because we REALLY don't like people in our room. When we got back from breakfast, the door to all the rooms on the hallway, including ours, was propped open. So not only was the staff in there, but anyone could have gone in and gone through our stuff, and the cleaning staff wouldn't have known it wasn't who was supposed to be in there. Otherwise, a great stay.

The property was at a central location, which made it great. Quiet not a lot of noise peaceful the only thing that was loud was the entry door coming in and out when it would close it would slam and it would make a pretty loud noise. Breakfast was good :) started at 6:30 in the morning, which was great for our schedule

The kitchen area was very small, so kind of hard to move around comfortably. The rooms are small too much furniture, which takes up a lot of space very tight fit. Didn’t stay on the second floor, but there is no elevator.

The cost vs. the quality of the room was good. The bed was nice and firm, with no dips from use. Room temperature was controllable within the room. Continental breakfast had a variety of food hot/cold, on the run grabs; like fresh fruit, muffins, and granola bars.

TV had two remotes (TV & Cable).

Close location to the centre and restaurants. The room size was good. Breakfast was OK.

The road in front of the hotel was a bit noisy at times. Not every day we had sausages in the American Breakfast buffet. No lift was available to get to the upper floors.

Our room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was good. The location allowed easy access to the town and nearby attraction.

Compared to other similar rooms we’ve stayed in, this room was over priced. The picnic table area and the grounds around the parking area were not clean and not maintained.

The staff was wonderful. The front door people and the kitchen staff. And housekeeping . Great Service. We scheduled 5 nights and on our fourth night. The hotel is very quiet and calm. Aka, I can sleep through the night

Everything was fine. My husband complained that they didn't have any bacon. (He's not supposed to be eating Bacon)

Staff was great on point. Breakfast was awesome. Beds and room were nice and clean. Sheets felt soo good.

Really didn’t like the short small toilet , and room needed some finishing touches . that’s about it

The first impression when we walked into the check in area was not excellent. The lady behind the desk didn’t look up or greet us until we had stood there for a couple of minutes. She was brusk with the check in. The area was cluttered and not super clean. No elevator and room on the second floor. Luggage carried upstairs. Upon opening the room, I was pleasantly surprised. First impression to me is smell. It smelled fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning ladies are very good. Upon checkout, the desk lady was very cordial and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as well. First impression would be a 5 but the friendliness of the desk and the breakfast left me feeling like it was an 8. Well done.

The lady that checked us in was almost rude. All the other staff we encountered were friendly.

The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were nice and clean. Lobby was spotless, loved how the keycard needed be used to open each entrance. Staff was friendly!

Parking was tight but the hotel was good!

Location, fast and friendly room service. Check in was wonderful!!

2 nd day and third day a hair in the eggs. Person did not use gloves or a hair net. Ran out of food fast before replenishing. Would be nice if more room in the breakfast area.
