Premium parking up front, nice for unloading

I realize it was a holiday weekend But room wasn’t ready when we check in. Staff Said? They would call us when ready!! We checked in at approximately 4:30pm. Under staffed!! Breakfast pancake machine wasn’t working and he was staffed as well. This location we paid the most for our Stay!!! We had traveled to NM,TX,OK,KS,CO, and then AZ. I Wouldn’t recommend Farmington,AZ for a Holiday Inn Stay. Very disappointed. All other locations 5+ stars We stayed in Mesa /Gilbert,AZ on Memorial Day. Under staffed as well BUT clean, staff friendly and a-lot more reasonable. Location was safe and well kept too.

I liked having towels at the pool. The breakfast was nice. Check in was easy.

The room had been renovated but was a little rough around the edges. The pillowcases had some old stains. Housekeeping did clean the room after night one but did not take out all the garbage.

The flooring as the tiles get very slippery when wet and witnessed a guy slip hard even though the wet sign was up. Maybe precaution of staff worker to monitor the area while it's wet and drying.

Great breakfast, location good for restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and well stocked. Very nice stay, we will be back!

The front desk clerk was very nice and pleasant. When we were issued our room key, we went up to check it out and noticed the bathroom sink was clogged with dirt, so water couldn't drain. We went back downstairs to see if someone could fix the issue. The clerk was apologetic and was able to issue us another room.

they had the pool available for my kids , breakfast was great , the selection was awesome . the room was clean and neat. the water wasnt that hot but it was warm enough. the view was ok it wasnt that great .

The location of the stay in town wasnt that flattering and it was that close to some places that we were gonna be shopping . the smell outside wasnt that great or the view.

We have been coming here for years for a week in Jul-Aug to visit family in the area. What stands out for us is the location and the wonderfully helpful and considerate staff.

In spite of a renovation a number of years ago to a more business-oriented style, the lobby area totally lost its charm (fireplace, comfortable seating)! We noticed this time that although the hotel was very clean, the carpets, hallway baseboards, appearance in general was very run down.

The room was amazing with amazing beds, the breakfast was so worth it! And my kids loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was amazing and very helpful!

I can't say there was nothing we didn't like

It was an excellent stay, The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and it was very quiet.

there was nothing wrong with the property itself but there was a couple of issues with the guests. and a false fire alarm.
