I like that the property was around nice shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Right on the same street for all the places we needed to go.

The smell of pets in the hallways can be improved. It wasn’t a decent scent to smell when entering the hotel. Other than that it’s all great

We had a lot of family in town for a funeral. As a result, we spent a lot of time in the common area where breakfast is usually served. Pam was always so nice and welcoming to us and never made us feel as if we had overstayed our welcome - even outside of the normal breakfast hours she still remained hospitable and offered us snacks and drinks. Also, Cody at the front desk was very helpful as one member of our party left a cell phone in his room. Cody secured the phone and made attempts via email and phone calls to ensure that the phone returned to us.

Nothing - everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating at all times.

Breakfast was pretty good. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Marriott properties are consistently like this, so usually there are no surprises.

The hot tub was out of service. This was disappointing after a long day of driving.

I know these are cost saver issues. We stayed there 9 days. The toilet paper should be upgraded from course feeling 🙃. Also the days when the breakfast were cooked with eggs, bacon , and sausage were ok. . The packaged breakfast sandwiches were not good. Did not eat the packaged sandwiches.

Great service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again. No major issues during my stay.

I would have preferred a better breakfast. Breakfast biscuits in a bag was ok but even just eggs and bacon/sausage would have been better. I've never liked the low flow shower heads, 2.5 gpm head is the best.

Close to stores, restaurants and the Coliseum where we went to a wrestling tournament.

Everything was fantastic.

The employee that was working when I checked in was not to happy. I ask 2 question and her answer was blunt. So I didn't bother to ask anything else.

The employee that restocked the breakfast area was very courteous and communicative.

As a former executive head housekeeper, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was excellent. As habit I always inspect the room upon entry.

Customer service. I'm sure they are busy to their duties but they are not visible
