Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location, and that water pressure in the shower!! We loved the hot (yay, protein!) breakfast options in addition to the typical Continental breakfast staples, and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. This is an older facility, so naturally shows signs of that, however the room floors (vinyl plank) and bedding are newer and the value was spot-on for those of us who value everything I mentioned above over a fancier/newer building.

The sliding glass door and screen in our room didn't slide well, and the garden area... really isn't (although the pool looks like it's in great shape). The drain in our tub/shower was slow (I forgot to tell them this).

The only place we stay when in Farmington. It's not the quality of a 4 star hotel, but it's a great place to stay if all you need and expect is a place to get a good nights sleep. The staff is very friendly, a good breakfast is provided. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Guest Laundry is available at a reasonable price. We stayed there a week. Full service is not provided on a daily basis unless requested, but trash is emptied, and clean towels are provided.

There are a few minor improvements that need to be done. Curtains with small holes, and painting of the ceiling in our room.

The whole week I was there, not once did they change my bedsheets, sweep or mop floor, clean the toilet, or replace the little shampoos and soaps. I had to go to the counter and ask for fresh body wash. I apparently am allergic to the bar soap the supply. I used it once since there was no body wash and I broke out in hives. The pool was also closed. They said the pool would open in a few weeks but this hotel is in new mexico. It was already hot enough outside to be able to open the pool in early June.

My second time staying here. It was a little better the first time. The room was remodeled recently. It smelled like it had just been painted, hard flooring was buckled in a couple spots. The room had no window but had a sliding patio door that was very hard to open. After leaving it open for about 20 minutes the paint odor was gone. Overall the room was very clean, roomy & comfortable. Wish there were better choices for dinner nearby but they have an amazing breakfast here at the hotel. Went back for seconds! Also they let you park your motorcycles under the awning. This will be my go to place every time I'm in Farmington.

The breakfast spread seemed very lovely. I did not partake, but it seemed up to par. The room was big and spacious, it was very lovely. The bed appeared to be very clean in the room I stayed in and there was no weird smells. The heater kept the room very warm.

You could hear through the walls so it was a bit weird, although it was not too big of a deal to me.. The furniture has seen better days. The gym/fitness room was not spacious, you could fit a max of 3 people if you are using the 3 different machines.

I liked the front desk attendant Kelly. She was very nice upon checking in. She has great customer service skills. She always greeted Me when I was near the front desk.

My request for housekeeping was a disappointment because I was booked for 2 nights after the first night I had requested for housekeeping and was denied. The housekeeper I had asked simply said she was booked... whatever that meant. So I just got a change of towels and changed our my own trash. I was on vacation travel as well.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good. Plenty of space to take my dog outside to use the restroom. Easy to find. Room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very clean.

The temp in the room was very warm and the AC unit didn't really cool it down by the time I had to check out in the morning. I only stayed one night and got in around 8pm, so if you get in early or stay more than one night the AC will probably have your room plenty cool eventually. It wasn't too hot to sleep but it was pretty warm.

The front counter person was friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and there was ample parking. This is not a brand new hotel but it is well maintained and has been updated. The room was well appointed and very clean. The lamps all had adjustable lighting levels, there were throw pillows on the couch and bed, and there was even complimentary organic green tea! The room I had featured a sliding glass door that opened out onto a private green space. The whole place had a good vibe to it and I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff. Lots of options at breakfast :), but also exactly the same each day :(

The pillows were VERY flat, literally like pancakes. Overuse of strongly scented cleaning supplies - seemed like the same scent of cleaner was used on everything from the linens and towels to the flooring.

My husband and I have to come down to Farmington every 3 months to see our pain specialist, and since my husband had to go to a dialysis center very early in the morning of our other scheduled appointment, we had to stay an extra day. I knew that it wasn't a guarantee that he could make it back to the room in time for us to make check out. As it turned out, he wasn't able to get there before 12:00, which was the best they could do for an extension. Luckily, the girl at the front desk was kind enough to give us 15 extra minutes. I was extremely grateful, and my husband was able to get back in time for us to get our things packed, and she didn't charge us for the extra half day. We have always loved staying at this hotel and always look to stay here when we come down to Farmington. The breakfasts are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
