Upon check in on Saturday at 3 I was welcomed by very friendly employees. Told me the best parking spot to get to my room w ease. Breakfast was hot and enjoyed that there was some green Chile to eat as a native New Mexican who moved away but love to go home and eat all the green Chile I can!! Check out was also a breeze!

I wish the area by the door I used on the side building to get to my room had some kind of decorative rocks or grass. Was just really dirty on that side of the building. Maybe a lil seating area to sit at would be nice there too and an area designated for dogs so there isn't just dogs walking in that dirt area. Just make that area more appealing who use that door to get to their rooms like I did as I was in room #132. Maybe add some more lights and tell me what all the light switches go to ad some I turned on didn't seem to turn on or off any lights?? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Strong odor of marijuana around front dest and elevator everyday except the last day, and they had front door propped open. (Raw marijuana, not smoke) Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and elevator is shot. We got trapped in it first day going up to our room. Only left 2 sets of towels in room.☹️

The staff were exceptional. From the check-in experience to the constant cleaning of the breakfast area and hallways. It seems to be a pet friendly hotel but I didn’t get any pet smells

If I had to say something, I didn’t like it would just be that the countertop in the bathroom is small. But that’s pretty minor.

Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. AC was great, plus the restroom had amenities in case you forgot to bring any.

View from the window is not very interesting, but at least it had a view. No pool. Breakfast could be better.

Staff were all nice and welcoming especially the front desk worker who checked me in she was so nice and calm while the check in process. The room I stayed in was clean and very neat. The breakfast upgraded from the last time I stayed there was breakfast meat available that wasn’t there last time so I enjoyed breakfast.

The price was excellent for the value we are getting within this economy. It will located but you do have to drive maybe a few miles to get to the restaurants in the area. I certainly would stay here again the rooms have a little refrigerator but no freezer they have a microwave and a television. The beds are comfortable. And most importantly the shower is fantastic lots of hot water and a great shower head. Lighting within the room is also very good

For the price we paid mid week this is a perfect place I have nothing to say that I didn’t like

breakfast was fine, the location was very good. The first morning the caffeinated coffee was empty and there was no one there to re-fill it or set out another carafe. Had to have de-caffeinated.

Everything was just fine . . . I do not have any complaints about the facility, the staff or anything about my stay.

To be honest, when I drove up I was concerned that I had booked a motel with outside entrances to rooms. Once I walked into hotel, I was reassured of my safety concerns. What a wonderful hotel. Breakfast had so many choices. Quiet night.

Parking lot needs attention. Makes place look run down. As a senior woman traveling alone I was concerned.

it was clean and comfortable. the need to replace cracked windows as I walked around the building. the small refrigerator the knob to control the refrigerator was missing. to use the coffee maker you had to unplug the microwave.

the staff made the great. please switch the like and dislike.

Rooms where clean when we arrived.

We stayed 3 days and nobody cleaned our rooms. We didn't get any service, personally asked front desk and the cleaning lady to clean and provide us with clean sheets and towels. We had to ask front desk for clean towels. Very bad service !
