Great having access to the Pool so early in the morning. Help with our schedule to have access at 6am. Connivence to all stores, restaurants and other amenities. Breakfast was great, fitness room and location was perfect. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

We were expecting a full service on housekeeping and were made aware later that we had to notify front desk if we wanted bed linen changes. Otherwise we just got new towels and trash removal. Housekeeping did good job.

The spa was not working for a short period of time, <24hrs. It was fixed so quickly! The breakfast was fantastic! The eggs were real!! That was definitely a huge plus! I am not a fan of sous vie eggs, and I didn't eat the eggs the first day as they were scrambled, so i thought they were cooked by sous vie. But the second day, the eggs were fried or poached, so we could tell they were real. The staff was also very pleasant and interactive.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Overall everything was very good, we had no issues upon our stay that couldn’t be resolved.

The hotel staff did very well themselves, the other guests were very disruptive though which wasnt the best and not the hotels fault at all, but the staff did what they could to ensure it would be taken care of. No complaints about the establishment itself.

The location and breakfast!

That kiddos in diapers are not allowed in the pool. Part of going to a hotel with kids is the pool for a mini vacation. Maybe require swim diapers at check in. I can't take my older child and not my younger one so that might be a deal breaker.

I have been staying here for 3 yrs, 3 days at a time when coming to see my daughters family who live in Flora Vista NM. The grand kids (2) have always been allowed to come and swim during my stay. This time it was not allowed because they were not a paying guest. The pool was empty every time I went by. So I'm sorry to say that I will not longer be staying here

The beds are consistently comfy with very soft linens. The room is set up well and decorated nicely. The breakfast was very good. Thanks for offering so many choices.

There wads no tip jar for the staff who made breakfast, so we just handed the tip to them directly. Other locations offer a tip jar to remind people to tip.

Gena our housekeeper was amazing .... I left a little note asking for a couple extra towels that morning and the next 2 I had extra. Our room was super clean and even smelled clean. I just wanna say thank you for that!!

Enjoyed breakfast! Hotel was clean and very quiet, which was very enjoyable after a long trip.and the employees were friendly fast and efficient. Fast food & stores were all in walking distance A definite plus

Small pool but otherwise enjoyable.

People should not have to pay extra to have pets with them. If pets damage, then charge for damages...but to pay extra because you have pets? Do you charhe a child fee per each?

The breakfast on our day was bad. They had no waffle machine or pancake mix, and the burritos were very tasteful and dry. The only thing about breakfast was the muffins they were good.
