This is an older one story property with exterior doors and parking in front of the rooms. There were several food options within walking distance. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My room had a king bed with a blanket, a comforter and four big pillows. It was comfortable and I slept well. The room also had a lounge chair, a desk and chair, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a hair dryer. There were many electrical outlets available for use. The a/c worked well. It was very quiet. The room had solid walls and I heard no noise from neighboring rooms. And even though the hotel is located on Main Street, I heard very little road noise. The bathroom was large and split into two areas with the sink and closet in one area and the shower/toilet in the other. The sink had a good amount of counter space. The shower had a curved bar and fair water pressure.

The Wi-Fi was fair. There were several disconnects and dropped connections.

The room is spacious and it has all the listed amenities. It's also relatively close to bigger supermarkets (20 min walk) and city center (30 min walk). It could have a kettle in the room and the wifi reception could be a bit stronger (even though I requested a room with a strong reception, it was still sometimes on and off).

The owner is such a nice guy, always very pleasant and friendly. The room is small but clean, and a decent price. The property nicely taken care off. I have stayed here twice, and will stay always here when I pass through this town.

Charming layout of rooms, and the extra window in bathroom really makes a difference. Lovely, thoughtful decor. I have stayed in hundreds of value-oriented hotels and this is one of the best ever. Loved the owner's garden area also. Great coffee too.

All was terrific.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby. Museums and shops within a couple of miles. I was visiting family in Artesia, it was an easy drive. As a smoker it is almost impossible to find nice, clean accommodations in an area where you are not afraid to park your car or go to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

There are so many positive things about this quaint motel. From being able to park in front of our room and not needing to carry things through massive hallways or up elevators to not rushing us out at 11 am the next morning. The beds is comfortable and I think they really do use fabric softener when washing the towels and sheets. Since COVID-19 they do not serve a breakfast, but that's ok. Whataburger is right across the street. They do have coffee 24/7

Only that we had to leave earlier than we wanted to so we could arrive at our final destination. The puddles in the driveway, cuz it rained all night.

Had a problem with tv and worker came within minutes and spent 20 minutes to fix it (ended up exchanging box with another room), great service!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty good: not right in town but not as far out on the edge as many motels in Roswell. The room was clean and comfortable. The price is good so it's a very good value.

I would have liked a coffee area or coffee in the room.

The room was clean and quiet. The owners friendly and helpful. It was a low stress visit and what else could you ask for. WIFI and cable were very good. Cable even had some movie channels. Breakfast locations are within an easy walk and a very good Mexican restaurant is a few doors down. Air conditioner kept the room comfortable. I've stayed at this motel several times and never had any issues. I'd rather support a local family than a large corporation.

Years ago they used to serve a small breakfast but the pandemic probably ended this addition. Outside is a little rough since it's an older property. Parking can be tricky if full. The pool is a garden which wasn't a big deal to me but if you have kids or like to swim, that could be a downer.

Excellent service from the owner and his family. Clean and updated rooms and linens. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I felt safe with my family as the owner and his family lives on site. They are growing a garden in the pool. I love gardening and they chatted a bit about their growing zone and we shared tips. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The motel is obviously under renovation. The inside of the room was great, but outside was worn. The pile of trash behind the office was odd. The ice machine leaked all over the laundry room and the laundry room and machines were very dirty.
