This is an older one story property with exterior doors and parking in front of the rooms. There were several food options within walking distance. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My room had a king bed with a blanket, a comforter and four big pillows. It was comfortable and I slept well. The room also had a lounge chair, a desk and chair, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a hair dryer. There were many electrical outlets available for use. The a/c worked well. It was very quiet. The room had solid walls and I heard no noise from neighboring rooms. And even though the hotel is located on Main Street, I heard very little road noise. The bathroom was large and split into two areas with the sink and closet in one area and the shower/toilet in the other. The sink had a good amount of counter space. The shower had a curved bar and fair water pressure.

The Wi-Fi was fair. There were several disconnects and dropped connections.

Quiet clean room with plenty of space for everything. Premium channels and all your favorite channels. Friendly owner who was very helpful. Good location though you'll have to do a U-Turn to head south from the location.

No clock or Kleenex in the room. Parking is a bit tricky especially by corner locations where some spots are diagonal and some are straight in.

The room is spacious and it has all the listed amenities. It's also relatively close to bigger supermarkets (20 min walk) and city center (30 min walk). It could have a kettle in the room and the wifi reception could be a bit stronger (even though I requested a room with a strong reception, it was still sometimes on and off).

No Breakfast, a roll or danish would have been nice. or have coffee available for longer hours. Loved that windows would open,

could have used one more blanket since we each wrap up separately

The owner is such a nice guy, always very pleasant and friendly. The room is small but clean, and a decent price. The property nicely taken care off. I have stayed here twice, and will stay always here when I pass through this town.

A very decent motel. It's clear that the room and bathroom furnishings have been updated. Some things are still old (e.g., the doors), but overall it's clean and comfortable. Very good value for money for a short stay.

Charming layout of rooms, and the extra window in bathroom really makes a difference. Lovely, thoughtful decor. I have stayed in hundreds of value-oriented hotels and this is one of the best ever. Loved the owner's garden area also. Great coffee too.

the door in the bathroom wasn't closed propery a little bit and water flow was weak but can't complain because price was really good!! I'm satisfied this motel.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby. Museums and shops within a couple of miles. I was visiting family in Artesia, it was an easy drive. As a smoker it is almost impossible to find nice, clean accommodations in an area where you are not afraid to park your car or go to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a problem with tv and worker came within minutes and spent 20 minutes to fix it (ended up exchanging box with another room), great service!

i guess i wish they still had their pool, but maybe wouldn't have even used it
