I had come into town for a wedding. I booked with a different hotel to save a few bucks and it did not work out. They were able to get us into our room the following morning so we could shower and get ready for the day. I usually stay here and will continue to do so. It's worth the extra $30.00. Lesson learned!

The only thing I didn't like was how tiny the bathroom was, but other than that, it had everything we needed.

Our room was clean and we had what we needed. The owners have put money into updating the rooms—tile floors,nice furniture, tiled bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Took the dog for a walk around the back of the motel. Not the best neighborhood—lots of empty vodka bottles on the street behind but that’s not the motel’s fault. There’s just not really anywhere to walk your dog.

Reasonable rates, great location in a fascinating and historic small city. Compact but clean room with all modern features. Ample parking and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Friendly, professional and efficient desk staff.

Property and upkeep are above criticism, but the property is a bit older, a quality I appreciate. Nevertheless, those who prefer gloss, gleam, and extremely spacious guest rooms might be more suitably accommodated elsewhere.

Room was remodeled and very clean! Staff very friendly ! The Queen suite was perfect with our dogs! Loved tiled floors instead of carpet! Great bathtub and sink was separate from tub toilet so nice for sharing

Noise from road but ear plugs and my sound machine work well. Beds hard but comfortable. Outside older hotel but rooms nicely updated including bathroom. Toilet area small for big person but bathtub was big!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The person at the front desk was concerned about my hair color (pink) staying the shower curtain. She was very nice about asking me to be careful but….awkward and no necessary since I hadn’t planned on washing my hair for the one night I was there.

Probably one of the cleanest and most well-maintained places I have stayed.

The room was extremely small with no closet or place to put clothes. For our purposes, however, all we needed was a place to sleep, and it was fantastic.

Convenience. Room was very outdated.

Curtains was just two pieces of material. Could not reach the shower head to adjust it. The entire complex is outdated and needs a lot of work. The air conditioner barely worked and blew the air down instead of into the room.

Very clean and quiet. Welcoming and professional hosts. Rooms well maintained with everything in working order. Easy to find and park.

My one complaint is that the room was extremely tiny. Maybe the room dates from when beds were smaller and didn't take up much room space. Furnishings were of good quality, but crowded quarters made it hard to use chairs and desk effectively.

The owners/proprietors are wonderful and very helpful. Room was updated, bed super comfortable, very clean room. It is non-smoking, room did not smell of smoke at all. Has coin-op laundry room.

It was 106 degrees outside and ice machine broke... there is only 1 ice machine for entire property.

When booking the room we requested a room with certain handicap accomodations, when we arrived we were told there was a option of two different rooms and they would show us the rooms available and we could choose the one that best fit our needs-that was more than accomodating. Building definetly not new but room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable,the AC unit worked exceptionally well and the room was quiet.

Coffee packs needed to be replaced-not major problem for us (I carry extra with me) but may irritate some people.
