My room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable I stayed 3 nites, so I was grateful my room was on the ground floor. I really like just backing up to my room and unloading!!

on the 2nd day, I asked the front desk for room service, trash and need a new hand towel. This was at 7am. I just happened to be in my room when the cleaning lady came by. She went right past me, so I asked her if she was going to take care of my request. She looked at a paper, said your not on my list. So it won't get done today.........so I took my trash to the dumpster. She was nice when I asked her for a new trash liner and hand towel. I was just disappointed in that miscommunication.

This was a quaint motel with everything you need: comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, TV, some basic breakfast food, parking, and a very good price. We only stayed for one night but were comfortable there. It doesn't have a lot of frills but it had everything we needed. The room and exterior have some character (like our room had a set of kind of retro blue fridge and matching microwave) and there are brightly colored chairs outside of each room with the rooms being kind of like separate motel units each with a separate entrance. I originally picked this hotel because I wanted to get close to the Gila Cliff dwellings to do the 1pm daily tour there and this seemed like the most reasonably priced nice hotel that was closest to that site, but then our schedule got too packed and we couldn't go to the Gila Cliffs, but hopefully we can do that another time and we'll stay at this hotel again! :) My son and husband enjoyed playing at the disc golf course in town and we liked that there were a good number of restaurants within a short drive of the hotel.

The breakfast was pretty basic. No hot items and not a lot of variety, but it was included with the price and the price was good so I can't complain.

The room was large, comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee maker with more than a single cup, which was awesome, and I was able to get my own coffee and creamer and we had own coffee for our entire stay so, I was stoked! My favorite part was the bed it was so comfortable and huge. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a rock!

There was the smell of paint for a day or two but we turned on the air conditioner and it went away pretty quickly

The breakfast was decent, definitely better than some I’ve had at other motels. You can tell the it’s an older motel, but I appreciated the way they redecorated, and also involved their employees in the artwork. This motel is now my “go to place” when I’m in Silver City. Every employee I’ve come across during my stays have been professional and friendly, and I feel secure staying at LuLu.

A table with two chairs. Lights for each side is the bed. Good shower. The bed was excellent. The location is quiet, too.

They were having staffing issues ( a housekeeper had quit that day without giving notice) so I want to cut them slack. But there was no soap in the room or a bath mat and the room could have been cleaner. That said, the decor is super cute, the staff we worked with were diligent and sweet and kind. The Continental breakfast is fine. I'd stay there again.

Very pretty and cozy. Rooms were really clean. Staff was friendly.

It includes breakfast but it was very poor. No good protein source (only a yogurt with 3g of protein). No eggs or decent oatmeal. The coffee was very good

It is conveniently located on Hwy 180

Small bath area for 2 people. However, for a traveling one nighter, it's not a huge issue. I would not suggest extended stay for more than one person because of the tight quarters. Breakfast is VERY minimal.

Cute motel style building, big comfortable rooms, lots of parking. Lovely welcome on arrival, easy check in and out. Good breakfast, guest laundry too. Quiet, and great location for visiting Gila national monument. Wendy's and Walmart close, plus plenty of other options. Excellent value!

Nothing much!

Loved the colors of the room. So relaxing. And the shower was amazing! Nice table and chairs outside under a huge pine tree. Just wish there was a grassy area to have walked our dog instead of in rocks.

The parking was kind of strange but not too far from rooms. No grass area just rocks surrounding the whole building. Made it hard to walk the dog.

We requested an ADA room right next to ours because my brother is blind and has to use a walker and wheelchair. The rooms were great and they were able to accomodate us perfectly. Staff was very friendly.

Ice maker was broken but they did have some ice in the main lobby.
