This is was our second time coming to this hotel! The location and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely perfect. There is an incredible amount of attention to detail. The bed is as extremely comfortable. Also, all the staff was amazing and they were able to secure for us amazing restaurant reservations which are impossible in NY. Perfect to come with friends, family or as a couple

There was no breakfast buffet, yes a la carte and the gym is very small/has little ventilation

The hotel is wonderfully designed to make you comfortable and elevate your experience. The rooms are well appointed, have the right mix of amenities, and the staff is truly spectacular. The lobby also adds a level of communal draw that we really enjoyed.

Honestly, my only complaints were two things that I feel are inevitable staying at the most affordable room in the house—the size and view from the room.

Very comfortable room and good size. The bathroom was great especially the walk-in shower. The hotel staff were extremely helpful at all times. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where you can get breakfast and other meals. The lounge area is very comfortable and great place to come back to for a night cap or a drink during the day. Snacks are available there as well

Very warm, charming, funky hotel, with a genuinely relaxed style that had great 24/7 services and one of the best relaxed neighbourhoods on all Manhattan. Very funky lobby and bar. Porters/doormen were superb, helpful, available and not officious or dragging their feet when they see you with heavy luggage. Rooms were not massive but were well appointed, exceptionally comfy and charmingly classy. Love the old school elevators!

Gym is a little light on equipment and in places the hotel lighting can be a bit dark.

A cool vibe and perfect cosy spaces for a wintery stay! Wonderful bedroom with lots of light; amazingly comfortable bed and a great location.

Nothing I disliked but would have loved a kettle in the room and possibly a sound system (although I brought my own just in case!)

Beautiful, cozy room. Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, to two weary travellers upon arrival

The lobby bar was busy, we were encouraged to go there. But the staff there were either too busy or otherwise occupied to assist in a timely fashion.

The bed and linens, the view and the character of the property were excellent! Room service and the lobby bar were great.

The doors and hallways were noisy and you can hear people speaking from inside room.

We had an amazing stay at the Bowery Hotel. The room was beautiful and the service was top-notch. Room service was delicious and prompt. We had just gotten married earlier in the day and the hotel had arranged to have champagne waiting in our room for us which made us feel so special. We met friends for celebratory drinks in the hotel that evening and the cocktails were amazing and the environment was excellent. Lively and cool without being over-done or too loud.

Excellent hotel, well appointed and light filled rooms. Great service. I would like tea options in the morning with the coffee- but staff was accommodating for me.
