I booked online at booking.com in a parking lot 1 mile from the hotel. When I got there 5 mins. later the front desk clerk said that what I booked wasn't available in the system? But, she said don't worry I have another room that I'll give you for the same price. Excellent help! Quick, efficient, and friendly service, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and healthy:)

Nothing:) Kudos to the Comfort Inn crew in Brevard, NC! Ok, maybe the road noise. The hotel sits right beside a main thoroughfare. I'm guessing it wouldn't have been as loud on a lower floor. But then, I'm a light sleeper. And a lower room would be noisier from other people leaving their rooms and shutting doors I imagine. Ear plugs would make that better, lol.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel was quiet and close to Pisgah National Forest as well as downtown Brevard. The included breakfast had a nice selection including eggs, sausage, waffle bar and the usual cereal, yogurt, fruit, and breads.

Bathroom was clean albeit older and had visible wear and tear. Hotel guests smoking right outside the entrance/exits making you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside.

Location is excellent. Everything was close by. We loved the small town atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good. Everything was always well stocked. The room was very clean. The bed, comfortable. Housekeeping came every day and our room was beautiful when we returned

Nice room, and the property was very clean.

The check in procedure was a bit cumbersome and it seemed like the woman at the front desk could benefit from some additional training or support. She was pleasant, but very slow and seemed to struggle with some of the basic tasks. Although a pool was advertised it was not available.

I liked that the room was spacious and the bed was firm. The room was clean and their facility and staff was kind. Great value. Definitely will return.

The water pressure could be a lot better and the shower head could be updated. Get one where we can hold and feel like we are getting our whole body clean.

Not as great as it could have been but not bad. The frig was locked with the yogurt when I went down to breakfast,. Had to get attendant to get me one. One waffle iron not working properly was unplugged but no sign to let you know not to use it,

Overall, clean and nice facility.The room was nice and comfortable

The front desk was less than friendly.Basically just did their job didn't make eye contact.Didn't speak just pushed paperwork and key cards to me Barely mumbled instructions.Unfortunately pretty typical of young people today

They were friendly they always had fresh coffee had fresh squeeze lemon water. It’s just and they were so nice and they were just so good to us.

It is a good location, quiet,safe and lots of parking. It is a good stay and affordable price for the suite I stayed. Breakfast with lots of choices. The bed and linens comfortable. I will book again a good value for the money compared to more pricey inns or hotels I searched.

Toilet wouldn’t work. After we determined, it would not work, were offered another room. Was tired and didn’t want to move the kids so declined. Ridiculous toilet wasn’t working for the price it was to stay there.
