Location was perfect! We liked the amenities located in the lobby which included a restaurant (open until 11 pm!!) and a small convenience area with snacks and bottled drinks, which I feel was very reasonably priced. Although we did not get to enjoy the restaurant, we appreciated that it was available and the long hours!!

We did not have one bad thing to say about this property. It was so clean, the staff were very nice upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know in depth. We will definitely stay there again if the chance arises.

Comfortable bed, quiet location. Efficient set up in room with coffee, good space for coats and shoes. Temperature was easy to regulate. Proximity to Starbucks to get breakfast and coffee. Free parking.

Greeting upon arrival - there was none. No breakfast out except if you sit and wait for them to come get your order, but this isn't clear and when you come down for breakfast there is just an empty lobby. I asked if they at least had some coffee available, and she pointed to where it should be and said, "I guess she went to get more." I waited a while and then gave up and went to Starbucks across the parking lot.

Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean. Had perfect amenities, a bar and restaurant on property. Has a nice indoor pool and gym. Had a cool outdoor area to hang out and relax. Great proximity to the airport. Maybe a 5 minute drive.

There was nothing to not like about the property. Staff was great. The place was clean. Very close to the airport. The restaurant and bar was good. All in all a fantastic stay to get to the airport in the morning.

the custom made breakfast was exceptionally good, much better than standard buffets, and the service was fast and friendly. Loved the ease of parking and leaving, easy check out. Nice amenities.

No one was at front desk when I arrived. Not a clear communication about how the breakfast worked, seemed like it was not offered or had already closed (at 7:45 am!)

Nice staff, very clean, comfortable room

The water pressure was not very good. It was difficult to rinse the products out of my hair in the shower because it was so low. The temperature also frequently changed, which kept it from being very enjoyable.

Everything in my room was great! Great shower pressure, loved the Dove bathroom products, and big comfy king bed!

A shuttle or taxi service was not available as early as I needed to the airport and I was not informed so until I got to the hotel.

I was pleased very clean, rooms and roomy , everyone was very friendly from the front desk, house keepers, bartender . That will be where I stay when I come back to visit

The restaurant/bar on the main floor needs a host. I waited 20 minutes on someone to come wait my table for breakfast. I ended up leaving and finding something to eat elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean, which is super important, and modern. They had a very nice outdoor seating area with a fire. Great location to a lot of stores and restaurants.

We paid over $1000 for three nights and this Holiday Inn was definitely not worth the money.

How clean and nice it was .. it’s up to date beautiful big rooms and they still have balconies. Which are hard to find . It’s convenient and close to lots of food options. You can even eat there .

The cost was a lot .
