They limit the number of cars that you could have to one per room, even if you pay for two capacity. They make you park in the neighboring parking lot, which is a grocery store. I asked if I would be towed as the sign say in the grocery store, parking lot is the hotel going to pay for the tow. She said they would not be responsible. They have signs in their parking lot saying that they will tow. The entire time I was staying there. I was looking at the window to see if my car would be towed if they had an agreement with the grocery store and assigned parking. It would be an odd issue. The grocery store sign clearly says cars not visiting. The grocery store will be towed warning to people that stay there.

This hotel was open in the aftermath of Helene and during our stay was without running water. We bore witness to the unbelievable efforts to restore Asheville. To provide accommodations under those conditions was heroic by the staff of the hotel. Despite the challenges the staff was friendly and the hotel rooms were unbelievably. The housekeeping challenges without water (rooms were permitted one flush per day) must have been daunting. The need for hotel rooms was critical so cannot thank the hotel enough for opening and running under these extreme circumstances.

The staff was so very pleasant and friendly…especially the front desk and the woman in the breakfast area. The young lady (night) answered all of our questions, offered advice of places to dine when asked and just so very nice! The woman in the breakfast room kept everything spotless (continuously cleaning and picking up after everyone), was friendly and never let the food items run low or dry out.

I have absolutely nothing to complain or gripe about. My two day stay was great.

I own a cleaning business company, and I can tell when everything is exceptional with the cleaning. This is what I loved more of this place. Everything was clean and tidy. Organize as well. the front desk lady was very nice and they offer a whole variety of breakfast. Very quiet and the outlet was across the street, I will stay here again.

No negative comments

Location was good, next door to a grocery store and across the street from an outlet mall. Parking also good. The check in and out personnel were very courteous.

No regular housekeeping available during a stay- you can request fresh towels but they do not refresh rooms. We did request fresh towels but then they were never brought so we had to ask at the front desk and they gave us some. Fortunately, there was a maid cart nearby and we were able to reload on coffee cups and a needed roll of toilet paper from it.

My room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast was excellent! There was a very nice variety of breakfast selections with good flavor.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

The location was convenient and quiet

The furniture in our room was not comfortable. The bed was too hard (beyond very firm.) There was only one chair and a desk chair to sit on. The desk chair had no back support (no lock to keep it from reclining too far - had to push it up against the bed to keep from going over backwards) and cut the circulation off in your legs. The upholstered chair was hard and you had to put multiple pillows behind your back to be able to sit upright and have your feet on the floor at the same time.

Great location. Great value. Included breakfast was very nice.

Need better way to accommodate trash, especially with no regular housekeeping service. One styrofoam box from breakfast and the bin is full. Add in coffee cups, water bottles, and routine trash, and trash bins overflowed. We were there for 5 nights and had to bring our own trash out each day.

Breakfast was excellent. It had what we needed. The pool was not open, but there must've been a reason for that. Staff was very friendly, but especially the woman who did the breakfast serving. She was very Attentive to the group making sure nothing ran out!!!

There was no D acceleration lane to enter the hotel. Not sure what that was about, but could lead to an accident.

This is a great property that is conveniently located near the interstate as well as various restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel is a short drive from the downtown area and West Asheville. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had a slight issue with the shower and it was promptly repaired as soon as it was brought to the manager’s attention. As is the case at most Country Inn and Suites, the hot breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Asheville!!
