Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room modern and clean. Very much enjoyed our one night stopover here, driving down to Florida so needed a midway stop. Pet friendly.

In fact the hotel room did not lock! We didn't realise until the morning we were leaving and had left our dog in the room whilst having breakfast. Shame it was not checked before we checked in. Staff were OK, did ask if we wanted to change rooms, but it was not worth it for the 1 hour before we checked out. Otherwise we liked the hotel.

Our room was right by the elevator and ice machine and after a 10+ hour drive I was thinking great I’m not going to get any sleep it’s going to be noisy. Hotel was booked for the nearly holiday weekend. To much surprise it was amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I woke up feeling great. Then the best part I took a shower the water pressure very strong and hot! Heading down for the free breakfast and I was shocked to find 16u and 18u Girls Softball Players everywhere. Couldn’t believe how quiet the halls were at that hotel. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. I will say the Cinnamon Rolls were delicious. Wow! Best hotel we’ve stayed at and there have been many!

Nothing negative to say

Location, ease of access (close to Interstate 26 & Interstate 40 & Blue Ridge Parkway). Rooms were nice. Available breakfast was reasonably good. Snacks/drinks available at Front Desk.

Never could get access to hotel's WiFi system. Presumably, this is because my old iPad (probably old version of Safari browser) was incompatible with the hotel's newer WiFi router's authorization page. There's no reason for the router to use webpage technology that's so modern that older browsers won't work with it I was given the phone number for Holiday Inn tech support, but I didn't feel like fighting that war. (Note: I could access hotel's WiFi from my iPhone, but that wouldn't have been as convenient as the iPad.)

Breakfast was really good. The morning crew had it stocked up and ready to restock as needed. Great variety and selection to choose from. location was perfect to get to from the interstate and back on to interstate.

I can't say I had any complaints. Beds was very comfortable, and room was very clean. We arrived late in the evening and had to park far away from entrance but everything was well lit so that was our issue really.

I loved the setup of my suite and the cleanliness. The room/bathroom was ready for use. The AC worked wonderfully, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance was very chill. Although it was a busy weekend, the noise levels were awesome! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay.

There's nothing that could've been better based on my experience and stay. Everything was good to go!

The beds were comfortable. The pool area outside was nice with extra seating and gazebo with tables for outdoor eating. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many delicious choices such as: omelets, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, muffins, yogurts, bagels, pancakes, juices, milk, coffee, etc. Many restaurants around deliver as well for dinner options.

The double queen room was a bit smaller than other rooms we've stayed in. The tile around the hot tub area was very slick. There was a $50 refundable deposit I had to pay on a separate card even though I already paid for room through booking.

The linens were very clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent for us. The hot tub was good to have after a long day of walking at the Biltmore Estates (14 minutes away) and hiking Mount Pisgah (about 30 minutes away). The location was central for our activities but it's in a area of town where restaurants close by 9 pm. Some even by 7:30 pm.

The hot tub wasn't clean on the first night. Gladly it was a bot better on our second night. The exit from the parking lot is detrimental to vehicles. Use the entrance for exiting too if you don't want to damage your car. The mattress was firm. I prefer a medium density ot soft. Overall it was a good stay.

Very convenient for Biltmore and the outlet mall. Quite an old hotel but has had a refurb so clean and fresh. Our room was fine and the bathroom was good and spacious . Tasty breakfast.Handy to have laundry room.

Nothing really

The bed was comfortable, had a selection of both firm and soft pillows to choose from. There was adequate lighting throughout the room. There were outlets/usb on top of the nightstand that were easily accessible for charging. Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Wash and lotion all provided in the bathroom. Even a full size hair dryer! The bath towels were great quality, not thin at all and actually large enough to cover up with. Breakfast included hot bar foods in addition to cereals and pancakes and more, all was delicious!

Nothing- had a great stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Very clean. The shower was great.

The only thing I didn't care for was the eggs for breakfast. I know they're not real eggs and when you overcook them, they are horrible. Every morning they were overcooked.
