It was very clean & you could tell it was recently remodeled! That speaks volumes on the clean room! I always pay attention to that! The bed felt amazing! Area is good for eating out, convenient stores, etc. Great location!

Staff at the front desk was rude! I wasn't aware until I had reserved a room as well as paid for it on booking that if your local customer... you can't rent a room! I understand every motel / hotel is different but come on! We paid more for the room due to being local (deposit) & was told that if we checked out before 11AM we would get the deposit back as long as the room was good! I checked for a week no deposit was giving back to me! We left the room as clean as before when we checked in! So, we won't be back nor will we recommend to non local to stay!

We were there to aid in the recent recovery and because the city was largely without water service, the hotel was too. But the staff had made water and especially important hot water to meet our basic needs. The rooms are totally remodeled and beds, lines and towels were what you would find in a five star hotel. That being said, this is not a 2-star as shown on booking,com. Great job to the staff.

Lots of road noise but thats expected as it's right by the road. It was a great value for the one night I stayed but it wasn't the helton so if your expecting that you will be disappointed

The location was perfect. The room was so clean and smelled wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was phenomenal. The building itself was so charming and well kept. :People were nice. I recommend this place to anyone going to Asheville.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Friendly staff, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower and clean. The only problem is there is no hooks to hang anything on in bathroom. Other than that the room was perfect.

The layout of the room - very clean and comfortable. The design was so unique and beautiful.

The only issue was the running water, but that was something we expected on our journey, and the staff was still very accomodating; out of their control.

Great experience. Just a motel, but was so worth it. I will stay here over the Holiday in. Compares to Holiday Inn Express without the lobby.

There should be more options like this. Bigger hotels are a complete ripoff.

Location was good, easy to find and opposite a McDonald’s for easy dinner. The man at reception was lovely and welcoming giving us great recommendations for Asheville. The room had everything we needed for one nights stay whilst travelling.

A little bit picky but maybe adding a couple plates/bowls to be able to use the microwave.

Umm... can't think of anything. Oh!! There was a silly accordion door to the bathroom that was very clanky and noisy. First World issues.

I had a great experience! Booked last minute, and was very pleased. Very clean bed, room had no scent of smoke and just felt very clean, and shower and decor were surprisingly artsy and gorgeous. I felt very safe here, and enjoyed my stay.
