Beautiful location with views and green grassy areas for walking. Close to all major roads but seemed like it was out in the woods. Great staff. The breakfast was exceptional. We traveled with our dog and did not figure out until the last morning that we could take our breakfast to the outdoor terrace so he could join us.

It was a small thing that was not repeated, but on our first morning there was no hostess at the desk. Several of us waited 5+ minutes then assumed it was all self-serve. There were servers and a hostess on the shift but they had them in the back "cleaning stuff" since it was slow in the dining room. All other mornings they fixed the issue and had plenty of staff ready to help.

I have a senior dog, and the ground floor room was amazing, with a sliding door to easily take him out for potty breaks. The size of the room was adequate, but it was poorly lit in the entry/dressing area. Overall the room could have used some updating, but the lobby was gorgeous and newly renovated it seems. The grounds were sprawling - lots of grassy areas and trails to walk. The hotel is also in the perfect location for exploring all of AVL, particularly West Asheville. The bed was super comfy, the hotel was quiet, and I slept really well.

Convenient to attractions. Staff was Great! Everyone Staff member, from front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bartenders, did a Great Job!

We had an older room, and would have preferred a pool view, and not in the pet friendly wing, as we do not have a dog at this time. Also, we were looking to zip line, but the phone number we received at the front desk to call, was incorrect. The Adventure Facility needs to update their information and days/times of operation with the hotel.

We paid to have breakfast with the room and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

We stayed there to see if we could possibly bring our dog. The king room that we stayed in would not be big enough for our dog and they don't allow pets in the junior suite or suite. This is disappointing because we would have came back and stayed. It would also be nice if they had a fenced in dog park. Nice place to stay but not what we wanted for our dog.

Breakfast was great! I was just curious what "Very good breakfast" meant but I understood when I was there. I think Breakfast included price is worth it when you are traveling with your family. They have a chef who is making you an omelet to your selection and Belgian-style crispy waffle. We were really happy with our stay.

I don't have any thing to comment on what I did not like. Maybe the pool was not attached to the main hotel so you had to drive there. Most of the services are paid around the hotel and they don't have deals for you to get discounts. They are separate entities.

Easy access to rooms, strong shower head (no trouble wetting ALL your hair), good quality soap, shampoos, etc. Front desk was very nice. Pillows were comfy and the bed wasn’t bad, I prefer extremely hard, this bed was not hard at all but I didn’t have too many back issues when I woke up. Our view was of the pool and the beautiful green grass, much better than any views in Vegas in my opinion.

The spa was closed. I should’ve called before making the room reservation, the reason I chose crowne plaza was for the spa. I traveled from Las Vegas and then drove from Raleigh, really wanted to get traveling worked out of my body with a good massage. Unfortunately I had to book one somewhere else and it was a terrible massage.

The hotel interior is beautiful. Located in a safe area. Very clean. Friendly staff. Minor issue when we got to our room but housekeeping took care of it!

Hard to locate the entrance leading to the property. The access road is by way of a side street before you reach Sam’s Club.

I liked that we was downtown Patton but didn't feel like we was. Very open an spacey. An the staff was very friendly. We came out for our anniversary and one of the girls give us anniversary card. It was so nice of her. Would definitely be coming back just for a get away.

The rooms were decently sized and even had their little patio out the back. It was quite clean.

It was a bit of a maze to get to the room. We didn't have any additional amenities with the stay, even though this hotel cost twice as much as some other places we stayed in the area. Plenty to do at the hotel, but no literature in the room promoting any of it. Two weeks ago, I stayed at a resort hotel, and they gave me a voucher for the restaurant. Everything at this place was extra and not well publicized.

Very cool interiors. Well done. Playing Jenga was fun by the amazing fireplace. The pools were nice. We went to Adventure Town with our teen and his 5 yr old sister. She had a blast on the kids zip lines.

The beer was a little flat on draft at the bar. Could be a touch colder. I think the beer lines need to get cleaned I had the IPA and the Kolsch (I think)
