It is a perfect stop-over hotel for a road trip (e.g. to Grand Canyon when flying into Vegas) that helps you to avoid LV notoriously horrible traffic. Brand new hotel with wonderful stuff but quit basic facilities. We landed in the evening, got a car at the airport, and got to the hotel in 10 mins easy drive. Hit the road early in the mourning for our road trip to Grand Canyon and had a short shopping stop at Albertsons to get the supplies, just 3 mins from the hotel. Great logistics for a road trip and no need to get into LV.
no swimming pool or other facilities. small convenience store on side, otherwise no dinner/food options

The location was great! Within walking distance to just about everywhere we needed or wanted to go in downtown Asheville. The lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Our room was good, it had everything we needed, and the staff was probably the best part of our stay. We ended up not eating breakfast in the hotel, as Asheville has so many amazing restaurants we wanted to check out.
Our room was situated in the part of the hotel near the highway. If you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend asking to be placed on the other side of the hotel. There was a sound machine in the room, which was nice.

We loved the bed, and the room was spotless. We also like the sofa and the sitting area. Parking was very convenient, right outside the front door. The only fly in the parking ointment was that the hotel doesn't let people pull right up to the front door to unload their luggage. They want to keep that lane clear.
We ran into a little hitch where all the pillows and the duvets were filled with down, and my wife was allergic.. We had specified no down pillows in our booking request., but the message didn't get through to the property. However, the staff of the hotel quickly changed out the bedding. I had to tip them for that, but they did it in a jiffy. The other thing that fell a little bit short was the shower head, which had only two viable settings, neither of which was great. Still, it got the job done. The other irritation was that parking cost $25 per night. I wouldn't mind, but I was already paying $200 per night for the actual room!

Clean, well appointed, friendly staff, pet friendly. The food at the rooftop bar was exceptional.. The mountain views were great- but only if you were on that side of the hotel. WE got a good deal thru booking.com, but they put us on the other side.
Unexpected charges for parking ($25/day and pet fee ($75).. Location is at the edge of "downtown". Cold temps made walking to downtown a bit difficult- especially with the hills.Young healthy visitors will not be bothered by the walk.

Very clean. Front desk staff (Michelle and others) and Maggie at the bar were very nice and accommodating
The women who worked the breakfast buffet weren’t the nicest and it always seemed like I was bothering them. They left the check at the beginning of our breakfast before we even ate. Just always seemed like they didn’t want us. Not very hospitable.

Location was very convenient! The staff were so nice! And they gave us two bottles of water and two of the most delicious WARM cookies we’ve ever had when we checked in! This is our go to hotel now when we come a visit. We loved it and the beds were super comfortable.

We liked the size of the room. To have two big beds and a very nice seating area with a nice lamp. I was able to work in my corner while others worked on the side. Spacious and clean. Lots of ports to charge. The shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled amazing and bathroom was also a good size. The rooftop bar was also amazing and incredibly beautiful views at sunset.
The price for the breakfast was a bit much. Also the fridge in the room wasn’t cold.

It was a nice, large room.
Small lobby. Had to order at the bar for our food, no server. The fact you are paying good money for a hotel room at a hotel that has a parking lot, yet you have to pay extra to park in the parking lot just doesn't make sense! I'm not sure the surrounding area is someplace you'd want to be after dark, or even possibly during the day!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm cookies and complimentary water. The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for a group of ladies to get ready each day. Staff members were fun and friendly no matter where we were in the building. Breakfast was delicious, the drinks from the bar were great, and the location of the hotel was excellent for walking downtown!
