We chose it for the price, but the parking was very convenient. There was someone in the restaurant that offered a tray to carry coffee from the lobby to the room.

The coffee pot in the room did not work. I had to tell the desk twice before something was done. There was not enough light in the room, and the toilet did not flush well. The sheets were also too small for the bed and kept slipping off on one corner. We also got an email right before we left home telling us we would need to mask. It didn't turn out to be true, but it was upsetting!

Beautiful modern facility. Easy Parking. great location for our needs. Couldn't ask for better service from the staff. The room was quiet and spacious.

Although the service in the restaurant was exceptional, I was disappointed that I couldn't order an omelet due to the impending closure. My main concern is for our waitress, who was wonderful! Please find a position for her within the hotel so you keep her. Good help is hard to find and KEEP.

Loved the location and the Roof Top Bar was awesome, also like the outside sitting area by the firepit. Customer service was great along with housekeeping and the beds were comfy.

I thought the breakfast could have been a little better considering the price paid for it. Also, I thought the pool area was mediocre. I thought it could use some upgrading or add a small bar area and nicer seating area along with a bbq.

Friendly staff and we loved the shuttle van!!!

Children were allowed in the rooftop bar area, seemed strange and several couples had to move away from the couch area because the children were unruly in such a non child friendly couch area. I know that it should be up to the parents to monitor the children, but this is clearly a bar and should be 21 and older. I felt bad that the couples who tried to sit in the area to enjoy a drink on the 4th. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond for the 2 families with the 4 kids, they even had to secure the rock fireplace for the safety of the children, ( banging on the glass with toys, jumping... Again 21 and older should be considered for this area.

I loved that the temperature in the room stayed as cold as I wanted all night through. The sheets smelled great and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Rooftop bar was ok. Great view of parking lot. Drinks were ok.

Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.

My reservation was not there when I arrived. Apparently, it was Bookings fault- my first and last name had been transposed so there was no one by my name registered. Luckily, I had my reservation number

One of the women at the reception was incredibly rude. She didn’t find my reservation (which per se it’s ok) but her tone was: “well I cannot find it”, instead of “let me see why I cannot find it” turned out it was a system mistake. I also called for a Wi-Fi because it wasn’t working and she was “search for the network”. Not very helpful.

Staff was exceptional. Very kind and helpful. I cannot express enough how fantastic they were, from the front desk to the cleaners.

Coffee, terrible. Seems trivial but it’s a thing for me. Food was absolutely awful unless you like public school lunches. Make sure you get a high floor as the intersection where it’s located is VERY loud.

it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. there is a nice on site restaurant and rooftop bar. the staff is exceptional. Erik is the shuttle driver and we had a concert and he took us and waited in traffic and then stayed late to pick us up. the front desk gave us recommendations for restaurants and they were just great. we will stay here on our next visit and highly recommend this property

The staff was wonderful. They were always willing to assist us and did so graciously. When our TV didn't work someone was there in 5 minutes to fix it. We were especially pleased with the shuttle service. Lauren was so friendly and the man who took us to The Grove Park for dinner, was so helpful and informative.
