Location was perfect; central to downtown and walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shops. No keys required; we had a personalized code, which was incredible. All people in our party could come and go without worrying how they were going to get in. Place was clean, spacious and as pictured. Little touches like local coffee, makeup remover pads and toiletries in the bathroom were great! Check-in and check-out were both super easy. Lots of local info inside the apartment. Manager was responsive and helpful.

Not enough comfortable seating in the living area. We were 7 adults with one couch and 2 chairs. We utilized the dining chairs as well but not the same. The beds were super comfortable but the pillows were either super hard or too soft. Not a deal breaker but everyone commented on this.

Fantastic choice for downtown Asheville! Easy to get to, clearly defined parking right behind the hotel, and an elevator to the 3rd floor where the lofts are located. Well stocked kitchen, including k-cup and drip coffee makers (along with coffee), large refrigerator, dishwasher, and most kitchen items you would need. Comfortable large rooms, each with a flat screen tv. Clean bathrooms with walk in shower. Loved staying here! It was perfect for our Christmas trip to the Biltmore. There were many fantastic restaurants nearby too.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay here

It is highly likely that we will be returning next year for the “Irish Music Week” in Swannanoa. As has been our tradition, we spend two nights in Asheville before the camp begins. The apartment at Elevation Loft was the best accommodation, by far, for this that we have experienced. We will not hesitate to reach out for a reservation for 2025 and will gladly recommend your unique hotel for others.

Kitchen is well appointed-I especially liked the sharp quality knife set Beds were comfortable, and room temperature is easily regulated. Access from the designated parking to the elevator to the unit was simple to accomplish. The units are ideally located, near bars, restaurants, and shopping. Hallway was a little narrow for the wheelchair user, but we navigated with care. The decor is lovely, with fabulous art displayed.

The genius behind this concept has thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. In addtion to linens and toiletries that are higher quality than most hotels, there are also other amenites that you wouldn't expect: Laundry facilities are IN the unit with detergent provided. The kitchen is stocked with the proper glassware for any type of drink. A single cup and a full pot coffee maker with coffee, sweetner and creamers provided. Books by local authors, magazines with local crafts and activities, games for the whole family. Restaurants, breweries, galleries, and shops as well as the Artisan Market and "Shindig On The Green" on Pack Square are within walking distance. Additionally, the Blitmore, the River Arts District, Outdoor Sports, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all a short car ride away. Most importantly, because it was a "loft" and not just a room, there was common space for us to hang out together before, after, and between our adventures. And this trip was mainly about just that - spending time together.

The couch in the common space was hard and really low to the ground (lower than the coffee table), so it was difficult to get up from it. Certainly not a deal-breaker, but it was the only thing that I would have changed

Parking usually required several k-turns; very tight if lots were full… I didn’t love coming straight into the elevator from outside; someone from the street could enter the elevator while I was entering the key code in the elevator, and I’d be trapped. Scary…. Minor, but hand lotion in the bathrooms would be nice😊

I would say the main thing I liked about the property was the way it was appointed. It was absolutely the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. John, our host was available via text at any time and was quick to get back to us. the bed was super comfortable.

I would’ve liked for the water pressure in the shower to be a little stronger.

The location is excellent and offers ease of access to restaurants & galleries on foot. Parking was very convenient.

At times it was inconvenient when non-guests parked in our assigned parking space and thus created work to correspond with management, as well as taking time from plans to move the car.

Location was central to everything, onsite parking a big plus. Check in info and door codes sent as expected and worked well. When I contacted the property with a question spoke to John who was very pleasant and quick to answer my question. Property was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need.

I have nothing negative to say about this property

We loved everything about this property. The Loft space was beautiful and was stocked with everything needed to feel at home. It exceeded our expectations with the quality of the furnishings and offerings. They even had board games and books about the area. We were there at Christmas time and they even had a real pine wreath on door with pine garland in the windows. Thoughtful touches throughout and the location was perfect. Close to everything. It was super cold when we were there but we still managed to walk around the downtown area. There were restaurants and places with live music. I liked having the dedicated parking space. We felt safe in the area. The management were readily available if needed and happily handled any issue. You can tell they want to make us happy and quickly accommodated our needs. It was a perfect place to have our family Christmas. We will definitely bock here again. Till next time!
