Incredible location and super cute decor! The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well. Parking is next to the property. Staff was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Asheville ❤️

The Hotel is an unexpected gem in every way. It's tucked in location, but walkable to everything downtown. Right in the brew district, it is easy to find many activities all in walking distance. The rooms are stunning and the design team did a beautiful job capturing the spirit of Fitzgerald's decade.

The huge king bed in the smallish room left no space for two side tables. So one person didn't have any type of end table for their book or glass of water. Compounded with no lamp on a table, the hotel missed an opportunity to find another way to ensure reading light for both occupants of the bed.

My stay at Hotel Zelda Dearest was absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail and commitment to quality made it a truly special experience. From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the hotel’s exterior. The hotel is located in three renovated historic buildings, right next to the Biltmore Avenue. There are many good restaurants within short walking distance. The outdoor sitting area, surrounded by lush flowers and manicured bushes, felt like a secret garden. The attention to landscaping made the entire property feel elegant and inviting. The room’s decor was stunning—every element was carefully chosen and arranged with great taste, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and the spacious bathroom felt like a spa retreat, complete with a sleek modern bathtub and luxurious Grown Alchemist skincare products. I especially appreciated the little touches that elevated the experience: the elegant electric kettle with a selection of high-quality teas, the beautiful matching cups, and the stylish napkins—all of which showed how much care goes into the guest experience. The bed was very comfortable, though I would have loved if the linens were made of cotton instead of polyester for an even cozier feel. Breakfast was a delight! The selection was both delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed freshly baked croissants with ham, cheese, and chocolate, moist berry cupcakes, and a heavenly blueberry pie. There were also cups of fresh berries, creamy overnight oats, and yogurt options—including sugar-free—alongside excellent coffee and tea. Overall, Hotel Zelda Dearest exceeded my expectations. The combination of beautiful design, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made my stay unforgettable. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing getaway!

-- I wish I would have been asked if I needed help with luggage since there were steps that lead to the rom upon check-in. -- Breakfast was included and although croissants from a locale bakery and some homemade overnight oats were offered, it would have been lovely to have more gluten free options. -- Parking was possible on premise yet required a $12 charge purchased through an app.

We had a lovely stay at Zelda Dearest, it has a nice cozy B&B / guesthouse feel and is in a great location within easy walk of several craft breweries as well as all the bars and restaurants in the main town centre. Our room was immaculate, spacious and had a lovely bathroom, and also was totally silent at night. Breakfast was really nice too with an excellent selection of pastries including a couple of gluten free options which were delicious. Jake at the front desk was also very helpful in giving us recommendations for things to see and do in Asheville and around.

The room was way bigger than expected. We stayed in the Mystic Suite. A huge beautiful bathroom on top of that. Marble shower. The suite was well appointed in every way. Furniture and furnishings all appropriate to their Great Gadsby theme. Even the wallpaper. These kind of efforts sometimes come off as tacky. Not so with this place. The staff were so attentive. Especially Erica. The location is perfect for getting around downtown Asheville. We were fortunate that the restaurants were just getting back to being open after the tremendous damage wreaked by Hurricane Helene in late September.

Nothing. We have family living in Asheville so this is the place we will stay when we return every other year.

Great location - easy parking and walkable to downtown Asheville; charming decor; unique property; tasty breakfast with mini quiche, ham/cheese croissant, yogurt; etc; robes and flat screen TVs in each room; friendly and helpful innkeepers. Very quiet property; never heard our neighbors.

Bed was a bit strange; seemed to cave in places. Shower head was high and had an odd spray pattern that could not be adjusted.

The hotel is beautiful and stylishly decorated. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great location a block or two from downtown but not in the middle of everything. Really loved it and would recommend to anyone.

We had some noise from a nearby bar on our first night (but it ended by 11:30 pm.) The hotel was happy to switch us to a different room for the rest of our stay that was quieter. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Would be nice to provide milk options for coffee other than half & half or Coffee Mate. But very minor complaints - really a wonderful play to stay.

A historic building with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The location is perfectly situated. An easy walk to anywhere downtown. The hotel rooms had everything you could possibly need. Amazing bathroom (great blow dryer for once), comfy beds & sheets, plenty of space to unpack. Even a large hand steamer if you need it. Snacks, fruit & waters for the taking. The staff was very communicative, accommodating and friendly.

The hotel was incredible, and the room was impeccably designed. This is a unique property and one I would definitely return to for a visit.

The hotel seemed understaffed, and they ran out of the breakfast the first day after our arrival. We also had requested room bath towels and our trash emptied on our first day and we did not get serviced. We had to go to the front desk and had the receptionist get some towels
