Comfortable beds, blankets that actually kept you warm, nice rooms. Friendly staff at check in desk.

Breakfast, the eggs (scrambled) were most likely powdered, overcooked, dry, only ate 2 bites before getting a waffle, which was yummy. Also should have small milk cartons in the mini fridge with the yogurts, to be drunk. All they had was one small pitcher of milk for cereal, and it was empty when we checked it for drinking milk. Cartons would be better all around, you wouldn't need a pitcher or need to worry about refilling it, the cartons could be used to drink, or pour on cereal.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel and staff!! The bed and shower were very comfortable! The jacuzzi was amazing!! Breakfast was plentiful! Staff(Erica) is very professional and friendly Great customer service!

The smoking area should be moved to a more isolated area. Room #168 is right next to the so-called designated smoking area. We can hear people talking right outside the window and loitering about. Wasn't comfortable with that?? Not the spot for social smoking? Need to relocate it.

It’s in a great location for a great price had everything I needed for a great stay while I visited Famliy and the staff that works there has been extremely nice every time I been I’ll definitely keep coming here when I come back home to visit

I stayed in a normal room and a the jacuzzi suite I liked both but I feel in the jacuzzi suite the walls are thinner then the normal rooms walls I was able to hear a lot going on around me compared to the other rooms but other then that I highly recommend this place to all

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! The room was comfortable with great water pressure. The staff was super nice. Location was extremely easy to find. The price was great!

The beds were small. There was no vending machines available for snacks. We had 4 people in our room and we were shorted 2 wash cloths and a bath towel. It would have been extremely helpful to have a channel guide for the TV in order to know what channels were available and what was on.

Nice hotel and great front desk staff. The room was clean, and the shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable also. Breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy (which was icing on the cake) and you can make your own waffle. Also, they had the pastries and bread and bagels with all the fixins like butter, jelly, honey, and cream cheese. The ladies running the dining area were very nice and cheerful at 7:30 am. I would stay here again if in the area and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a girls weekend with my bestfriend! The property is in a pretty good location, not super far from everything. The staff was AMAZING. We locked ourselves out a few times (as we kept sticking our keys in the pocket with our phones and they were deactivating), the gentleman at the front desk was so kind each time, greeting us with a smile and a laugh!

There really wasn’t much to not like, maybe a room update, the colors are a bit odd and the carpet is kind of an ugly color, but that’s nothing to really complain about!

Room was clean and cozy with a big screen tv and a decent variety of channels. Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, juice, mini sausage biscuits, waffles, bagels and toast.

Wifi had a weak signal but still worked just the same. Really can't think of anything I didn't like about the place. Except it would have been nice if the window opened but hotels...at least the ones I've stayed in, usually don't have windows that open.

The people behind the counter were nice. The room was fine and the shower was very good. The breakfast buffet had a decent make your own waffle station and was perfectly cromulent.

The parking situation was wild – very narrow spaces on hilly terrain, with some spots requiring creative interpretation of standard parking techniques and some real innovation. Parts of the parking lot are to a standard parking lot as Cirque du Soleil is to a screening of My Dinner With André.

Had to stay over because my car will not be fixed until Monday. The staff made it very easy for me to be able to stay in my same room. The rooms are large, neat and clean. Mine has a view of the mountains which is an added Plus.

No complaints about staying at this Quality Inn. The friendly staff has made that possible with the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is wonderful every morning and you can't beat the coffee.

Overall everything was great it was quiet nice breakfast bar which was well supplied food was prepared and satisfying

Got locked out room key wouldn't open door had to stay outside for hours staff came try to open the door but couldn't be used something to charge battery in door that didn't work he said something was wrong with the lock and he would have to call mechanic finally he got door open told us to put something in the door if we left the room he also tried to find us another room but none was available but overall everything was great
